Claims (4)

  1. 폴리아세탈과 멜라민 도료, 알키드 도료. 우레탄 도료, 에스테르 도료, 아크릴 도료 또는 그 혼합물로 이루어지며 5내지 200미크론의 두께를 지니는 폴리아세탈 위의 도장으로 이루어지며, 이 도장이 5내지 90% 공택잔존율을 지니기 위하여 황산, 인산, 염산 또는 그 혼합물을 함유하는 산성용액으로 물품이 처리된후 갖춰지는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아세탈 성형품.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리아세탈이 산가용성 무기충전제를 실질상 함유하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아세탈성형품.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리아세탈이 폴리아세탈 100중량부 기준으로 산가용성 무기충전제를 2중량부 또는 그 이하 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아세탈 성형품.
  4. 처리성형품이 표면에 5내지 90% 공택잔존을 지닐 수 있도록 황산, 인산, 염산 또는 그 혼합물의 산성용액으로 폴리아세탈 성형품을 처리하고 멜라민 도료, 알키드 도료, 우레탄 도료, 에스테르 도료, 아크릴 도료 또는 그 혼합물의 도료를 사용하여 성형품을 두께 5내지 200미크론을 지니도록 도장하는 것으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아세탈 성형품의 제조방법.
