제1도는 본 발명에 따라 제조된 플라스틱 부품을 사용한 차량의 도시화.
제2도는 제1도를 라인 2-2에 따라 활 모양으로 잘라서 본 부분 단면도로서 코팅된 표면을 도시화한 것이다.

Claims (8)

  1. 최대입자의 크기가 80μ인 플레이크 형태의 흑연 또는 흑연 플래이크와 화이버의 혼합물에 완전히 분산되어 있는 예비주조 전도 코팅을 포함하는 표면을 지닌 주조 플라스틱 부품에 있어서,
    상기의 플레이크는 상술된 입자크기의 범위에 속하며, 화이버는 약 300μ의 길이를 지니고 있으며, 코팅중의 흑연의 총중량 %는 5중량% 내지 30중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 주조 플라스틱 부품.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 흑연의 중량%는 23중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 주조 플라스틱 부품.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 흑연 플레이크는 5 내지 80μ의 입자크기를 지닌 것을 특징으로 하는 주조 플라스틱 부품.
  4. 합성수지물질과 그곳에 접합된 최종마무리 코팅에 적용하여 경화된 열가소성 합성 수지 코팅 조성물에 있어서, 최대 입자가 크기가 80μ인 플레이크 형태의 흑연 또는 상술된 입자크기의 범위를 갖는 흑연 플레이크 및 화이버의 혼합물 전체에 분산되어 있는 상기의 코팅 조성물은 흑연이 상기의 경화코팅에 전기를 유도할수 있도록 충분한 양으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 조성물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 예비주조 공정에 의해 상기의 수지물질에 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 조성물.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 상기의 흑연은 23중량%로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 조성물.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 상기의 흑연 플레이크는 5-80μ의 범위의 입자크기를 지닌 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 조성물.
  8. 제4항에 있어서, 화이버는 300μ의 길이로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 조성물.
