Abstract
본 발명은 중성화 용지를 베이스 용지로 한 기록용지에 있어서, 질소 화합물을 함유하는 액상 잉크의 침투를 지연시키는 잉크 침투 지연제를 기록면에 함유하고, 상기 잉크 중의 질소 화합물로부터 방출되는 암모니아 또는 암모늄 이온을 흡착하는 물질이 용지의 내부 첨가물로 첨가되어 있고, 수용성 무기염이 0.01∼0.2중량% 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록용지를 제공한다. 또한, 상기 기록용지를 사용하는 기록방법 도 제공한다.

Claims (12)
- 중성화 용지를 베이스 용지로 한 기록용지에 있어서, 질소 화합물을 함유하는 액상 잉크의 침투를 지연시키는 잉크 침투 지연제를 기록면상에 함유하고, 상기 잉크 중의 질소 화합물로부터 방출되는 암모니아 또는 암모늄 이온을 흡착하는 물질이 용지의 내부 첨가물로 첨가되어 있고, 수용성 무기염이 0.01-0.2중량% 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록용지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수용성 무기염이 염화 나트륨, 염화 마그네슘 및 염화 칼륨으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상인 것인 기록용지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 암모니아 또는 암모늄 이온을 흡착하는 물질이 용지의 내부 첨 가물로서 4~9중량% 함유되어 있는 기록용지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 암모니아 또는 암모늄 이온을 흡착하는 물질이 합성 규산 알루미늄 또는 카올리나이트인 기록용지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 지합 변동률(wild formation variation ratio)이 6% 이하이고, 불투명도가 85% 이상인 기록용지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 지합 변동률이 4.5% 이하인 기록용지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 표면 평활도가 80초 이상 200초 이하인 기록용지.
- 중성화 용지를 베이스 용지로 한 기록용지에 있어서, 카제인; 전분; 카르복시메틸셀룰로오스 및히드록시에틸셀룰로오스 등의 셀룰로오스 유도체; 폴리비닐알콜, 폴리비닐피롤리돈, 나트륨 폴리아크릴렐이트 및 폴리아크릴아미드 등의, 잉크에 의해 팽윤성이 있는 친수성 수지; SBR 라텍스, 아크릴 에멀젼, 스티렌-말레산 공중합체, 스티렌-아크릴산 공중합체 등의 친수성 부분과 소수성 부분 모두를 분자내에 갖고 있는 수지; 실리콘 오일, 파라핀, 왁스, 불소 화합물 등 발수성이 있는 물질; 및 사이징제로 이루어진 군으로 부터 선택된 물질을 기록면상에 함유하고, 합성 규산 알루미늄 및 카올리나이트 중 1종 이상이 내부 첨가물로 첨가되어 있고, 수용성 무기염이 0.01-0.2중량% 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로하는 기록용지.
- 제1항에 기재한 바와같은 기록용지상으로, 질소 화합물을 함유하는 잉크의 소적을 기록신호에 따라서 오리파이스를 통해 토출시키는 것으로 이루어진, 잉크 제트 기록 방식에 의한 화상 형성 방법.
- 제1항에 기재한 바와같은 기록용지상으로, 감광체 상에 형성된 토너상을 정전기적으로 전사시키고, 전사된 토너상을 열 및(또는) 압력을 가하여 정착시켜, 기록 화상을 상기한 기록용지 상에 형성시키는 것으로 이루어진, 전자사진 기록방식에 의한 화상 형성 방법.
- 제8항에 기재한 바와같은 기록요지상으로, 질소 화합물을 함유하는 잉크의 소적을 기록 신호에 따라서 오리파이스를 통해 토출시키는 것으로 이루어진, 잉크 제트 기록 방식에 의한 화상 형성 방법.
- 제8항에 기재한 바와같은 기록용지상으로, 감광체 상에 형성된 토너상을 정전기적으로 잔사시키고, 전사된 토너상을 열 및(또는) 압력을 가하여 정착시켜, 기록 화상을 상기한 기록용지 상에 형성시키는 것으로 이루어진, 전자사진 기록방식에 의한 화상 형성 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
