Abstract

섬유속이 섬도가 0.02 ∼ 0.2 데니어인 미세 섬유 (A) 및 섬도가 미세 섬유 (A)의 평균 섬도의 1/5 이하이며 0.02 데니어 미만인 극미세 섬유 (B)로 구성되었으며, 상기 섬유 (A) 및 (B)는 섬유속의 단면에 실질적으로 균일하게 분산되었고 섬유 (A)의 수 대 섬유 (B)의 수의 비가 1/2 ∼ 2/3 범위이고, 각각의 섬유속을 구성하는 각각의 섬유간의 빈틈내에 탄성중합체를 함유하지 않으며, 냅을 구성하는 섬유내의 섬유 (A)의 수 대 섬유 (B)의 수의 비가 3/1 이상인, 섬유속 및 탄성중합체로 구성되었으며 표면상에 섬유 냅을 가지고 염색된 스웨드형 인공피혁이 제공된다. 인공피혁은 양호한 외관 및 촉감을 가지며 발색성 및 내필링성이 우수하고, 옷감, 신발, 행낭, 장갑등의 제조에 유용하다.

Claims (12)

  1. 기질을 구성하는 섬유속이, 섬도가 0.02 ∼ 0.2 데니어인 미세 섬유 (A) 및 섬도가 미세 섬유 (A)의 평균 섬도의 1/5 이하이며 0.02 데니어 미만인 극미세 섬유 (B)로 구성되었으며 미세 섬유 (A)의 수 및 극미세 섬유 (B)의 수의 비가 2/1 ∼ 2/3 범위이고, 각각의 섬유속을 구성하는 각각의 섬유간의 빈틈내에 탄성중합체를 함유하지 않으며, 냅을 구성하는 섬유속내의 미세 섬유 (A)의 수 및 극미세 섬유 (B)의 수비가 3/1 이상임을 특징으로 하는, 기질이 섬유속 및 탄성 중합체로 구성되었고 상기 기질이 상기 섬유속으로 구성된 그의 표면상에 냅을 가지며 염색된, 스웨드형 인공피혁.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 극미세 섬유 (B)의 섬도가 미세 섬유 (A)의 평균 섬도의 1/10 ∼ 1/50이며 0.01 ∼ 0.001 데니어의 범위인 스웨드형 인공피혁.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서, 극미세 섬유 (B)의 섬도가 미세 섬유 (A)의 평균 섬도의 1/10 ∼ 1/50이며 0.01 ∼ 0.0015 데니어의 범위인 스웨드형 인공피혁.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서, 미세 섬유 (A) 및 극미세 섬유 (B)가 용융-방사성 폴리아미드 또는 용융-방사성 폴리에스테르로 구성된 스웨드형 인공피혁.
  5. 제 1항에 있어서, 탄성중합체가 폴리우레탄인 스웨드형 인공피혁.
  6. 하기 공정들을 하기 기재한 순서대로 수행함을 특징으로 하는, 기질이 섬유속 및 탄성중합체로 구성되었고 상기 기질이 상기 섬유속으로 구성된 그의 표면상에 냅을 가지며 염색된, 스웨드형 인공피혁의 제조방법 : (a) 용해 또는 분해에 의해 제거가능한 해성분 중합체, 및 섬도가 0.02 ∼ 0.2 데니어인 미세 섬유 (A) 및 섬도가 상기 섬유 (A)의 평균 섬도의 1/5 이하이고 0.02 데니어 미만인 극미세 섬유 (B)를 함유하는 도성분으로 구성되었으며, 상기 도성분은 미세 섬유- 및 극미세 섬유-형성 섬유 (C)의 단면내에 분산된 상태로 존재하고 상기 섬유 (C)는 상기 미세 섬유 (A) 및 극미세 섬유 (B)를 A/B = 2/1 ∼ 2/3의 가닥수비로 함유하는 섬유속으로 변환가능한, 미세 섬유- 및 극미세 섬유-형성 섬유 (C)의 제조공정, (b) 상기 섬유 (C)로 구성된 엉킨 부직포의 제조공정, (c) 부직포를 탄성중합체액으로 함침시키고 이를 습식응고시켜 기질을 제조하는 공정, (d) 상기 섬유 (C)를 상기 미세 섬유 (A) 및 극미세 섬유 (B)로 구성된 섬유속으로 변환시키는 공정, (e) 상기 기질의 1개 이상의 표면상에 냅을 형성시키는공정, 및 (f) 수득된 냅 부직포를 염색하는 공정.
  7. 제 6항에 있어서, 극미세 섬유 (B)의 섬도가 미세 섬유 (A)의 평균 섬도의 1/10 ∼ 1/50이며, 0.01 ∼ 0.001 데니어의 범위이내인 방법.
  8. 제 6항에 있어서, 극미세 섬유 (B)의 섬도가 미세 섬유 (A)의 평균 섬도의 1/10 ∼ 1/50이며 0.01 ∼ 0.0015 데니어인 방법.
  9. 제 6항에 있어서, 미세 섬유 (A) 및 극미세 섬유 (B)가 용융-방사성 폴리아미드 또는 용융-방사성 폴리에스테르로 구성된 방법.
  10. 제 6항에 있어서, 탄성중합체가 폴리우레탄인 방법.
  11. 제 6항에 있어서, 해성분이 폴리에틸렌, 폴리스티렌, 변성 폴리스티렌, 에틸렌/프로필렌 공중합체, 술포이소프탈산 나트륨으로 변성된 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 및 폴리에틸렌 글리콜로 변성된 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.
  12. 제 6항에 있어서, 공정 (C)의 생성물을 공정에서 미세 섬유 (A), 극미세 섬유 (B) 및 탄성중합체의 비용매이지만 해성분 중합체의 용매 또는 분해제인 액체로 처리하여, 해성분 중합체를 생성물로부터 제거하고 섬유 (C)를 미세 섬유 (A) 및 극미세 섬유 (B)로 구성된 섬유속으로 변환시키는 방법.
