Abstract

본 발명은 유입컨덕터(9)와 배출컨덕터(10)를 갖춘 플라스틱하우징(2)과 절연체전치접촉부재(7)로 이루어진 터미널블럭에 관한 것으로, 상기 절연체 전치접촉부재(7)에서 컨덕터의 터미네이트를 단순화하면서, 씨지전압과 씨지전류에 대해 상기 컨덕터를 보호하기 위해 상기 절연체전치접촉부재(7)가 플라즈틱하우징(2)내에서 상호간에 분리되게 배열되고, 상기 각 절연체전치접촉부재(7)에는 중앙탭핑(18)이 갖추어짐과 더불어, 상기 플라스틱 하우징(2)내에서 간격을 두고 상반되게 배치된 중앙탭핑(18)이 다른 기능 플러그(31,40,50)에 의해 상호간에 연결되게 된다.

Claims (11)

  1. 유입컨턱터(9)와 배출컨덕처(10)를 갖춘 플라스틱하우징(2)과 절연체전치접촉부재(7)로 이루어진 터미널 블럭에 있어서, 상기 절연전치접촉부재(7)가 플라스틱하우징(2)내에서 상호간에 분리되어 배열되면서, 상기 각 절연체전치접촉부재(7)에 중앙탭핑(18)이 갖추어짐과 더불어, 상기 플라스틱하우징(2)내에서 간격을 두고 상반되게 배치된 중앙 템핑이 다른 기능플러그(31,40,50)에 의해 상호간에 연결되도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 터미널블럭.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 절연체전치접촉부재(7)가 플라스틱하우징(2)내에서 상호간에 인접하게 최소한 2쌍을 상반되도록 배치하고, 상기 절연체전치접촉부재(7)에는 브릿지탭핑(21)이 갖추어짐과 더불어, 상기 브릿지탭핑(21)내로 삽입되는 브릿지플러그(38)를 매개로 플라스틱하우징(2)의 한 측면에서 상호간에 전기적으로 연결되도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 터미널 블럭.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 상반된 절연체전치접촉부재(7)의 10쌍 플라스틱하우징(2)내에서 상호간에 인접하게 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 터미널 블럭.
  4. 제3항에 있어서,상기 플라스틱하우징(2)이 상기 절연체전치접촉부재(7)를 수용하도록 잠궈질 수 있는 하단 부재(3)와 상단 부재(4)로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 터미널 블럭.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 각 절연체 전치접촉부재(7)가 중앙탭핑(18)에 이어진 기저웨브(17)에 의해 연결됨과 더불어, 상기 기저웨브(17)에 약 45°경사지게 배치되면서 Ｕ자형상을 이루도록 상기 기저웨브(17)에 약90°로 된 중앙탭핑(18)을 갖추고, 상기 절연체전치접촉부재(7)아래에 형성된 기저웨브(17)에는 평행하면서, 상기 기저웨브(17)의 하단부모서리(48)와 브릿지탭핑(21)과 함께 접촉부(20)을 형성하는 상기 절연체전치접촉부재(7)에 45°기울어져 L자형상으로 확장된 접촉부(20)가 갖추어진 것을 특징으로 하는 터미널 블럭.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 중앙탭핑(18)에는 기능플러그(31,40,50)의 접촉부(33,44,53)를 삽입하기 위한 삽입슬롯(32)이 갖추어진 것을 특징으로 하는 터미널 블럭.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 기능플러그가 상반된 중앙탭핑(18)의 삽입슬롯(32)내로 삽입되도록 된 접촉부(33)를 갖춘 연결플러그(31)로 이루어짐과 더불어, 기 접촉부(33)가 핸들(49)로서 사용되는 플라스틱몸체(34)에 수용되도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 터미널 블럭.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 연결플러그(31)의 플라스틱몸체(34)에는 상기 접촉부(33)의 상반된 끝부위에서 걸쇠돌출부(35)가 갖추어지고, 상기 걸쇠돌출부(35)가 플라스틱몸체(2)이 중앙부위에서 잠궈지도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 터미널 블럭.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 걸쇠돌출부(35)가 원형단면적이고, 상기 걸쇠홈(36)은 준원형단면적으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 터미널블럭.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 기능플러그가 퓨즈(45)를 끼우기 위한 퓨즈삽입홈(42)을 갖춘 플라스틱몸체(41)와, 절연체전치접촉부재(7) 쌍의 2개의 중앙탭핑(18)의 삽입슬롯(32)내에서 맞물리게 되는 2개의 중앙탭핑(44)을 갖춘 플러그 안내부(43)를 구비한 퓨즈매거진(40)으로서 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 터미널블럭.
  11. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 기능플러그가 중앙부재(52)에 배열된 2개의 접촉부(53)를 갖춘 플라스틱하우징(51)으로 이루어진 테스트플러그(50)로 이루어짐과 더불어, 상기 접촉부(53)가 2개의 절연체전치접촉부재(7)의 중앙탭핑(18)의 삽입슬롯(32)내로 삽입되는 데스트플러그(50)에 맞물리도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 터미널블럭.
