Abstract
본 발명은 규산염 함유 물질, 수화 석회, 물, 포옴 및 반응성 알루미네이트 함유 급결 시멘트로부터 다공질 원료 혼합물을 제조하고 이를 금형에 붓고 금형내에 형성된 미처리 성형물을 충분한 경화시킨 후 이형시켜 고압 가열시켜 단열재를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 낮은 벌크 밀도를 얻기 위해, BET에 따르는 비표면적이 약 3M2/g 이상, 특히 4 내지 5m2/g인 석영 분말을 규산염 함유 물질로서 사용하고, BET에 따르는 표면적이 15m2/g 이상인 수화 석회가 석영 분말과 반응성 알루미네이트의 실질적인 완결반응에 대하여 화학양론적 양으로 존재하며 (포옴을 제외한)물/고체의 충량비가 약 1.25 이상인 원료 혼합물을 제조하고 금형내에 주입시킨 미처리 성형물을 충분히 경화시킨 후 금형 베이스를 제외하고 이형시켜 금형 베이스에 배치시켜 고압 가열시킨다.

Claims (15)
- BET에 따르는 비표면적이 약 3m2/g 이상, 특히 4 내지 5m2/g인 석영 분말을 규산염 함유 물질로서 사용하고, BET에 따르는 표면적이 약 15m2/g 이상인 수화 석회가 석영 분말과 반응성 알루미네이트의 실질적인 완결반응에 대해 필수적으로 화학양론적 양으로 존재하며 포옴(foam)을 제외한 물/고체의 중량비가 약 1.25 내지 1.85인 원료물질을 제조하고 금형에 주입시킨 미처리 성형물을 충분히 경화시킨 후 금형 베이스를 제외하고 이형시켜 금형 베이스에 배치시켜 고압 가열시킴을 특징으로 하여, 규산염 함유 물질, 수화석회, 물, 포옴 및 반응성 알루미네이트 함유 급결 시멘트(이로부터 금형에 주입되어 금형내에 미처리 성형물을 형성하고 충분히 경화된 후에 이형시켜 고압 가열시키는 원료물질이 제조된다)로부터 단열재를 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 최대 입자 크기가 약 20㎛, 특히 약 10㎛인 석영 분말이 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 평균 입자 크기가 약 2 내지 3㎛인 석영 분말이 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 급결 시멘트가 약 15 내지 25중량%의 고체로 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수화석회 대 석영 분말의 비가 약 1.1 내지 1.4, 바람직하게는 1.2인 것이 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 계면활성제 포움 또는 특히 단백질 포옴이 포옴으로서 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 포옴 벌크 밀도가 약 60 내지 80kg/m3인 것이 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 6 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서, 평균 기공 직경이 약 50 내지 300㎛인 포옴이 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 안정화제가 바람직하게는 원료 물질의 약 0.2중량% 이하의 양으로 원료 혼합물에 첨가됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가열하기 전에, 오토클레이브가 배기됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 오토클레이브내에 배치된 미처리 성형물에 대한 가열 단계가, 미처리 성형물의 외부에서 내부로의 온도구배가 가능한 한 낮아지도록 조절됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 가열단계가 2단계 이상의 가열 램프를 사용하여 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 벌크 밀도가 약 250kg/m2미만, 특히 180kg/m2미만이고, 골격이 필수적으로 토버모라이트(tobermorite)로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는, 중복성 기공을 갖는 골격을 포함하는 단열재.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 골격의 기공 사이의 최소 웹 두께가 주고 약 2 내지 5㎛의 범위임을 특징으로 하는 단열재.
- 제 13 항 또는 제 14 항에 있어서, 총 다공성이 약 90용적%를 초과함을 특징으로 하는 단열재.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
