Abstract

본 발명은 형광 표시관을 개시한다.
본 발명에 따른 형광 표시관은, 그 상면에 서로 다른 쪽으로 꺾이는 부분이 있는 배선층과, 절연층과, 도전층과, 형광체층이 순차적으로 도포된 기판과, 상기 기판에 고정되는 그리드를 형광 표시관에 있어서, 상기 배선층이, 폭이 넓은 제1 배선층과, 상기 제1 배선층 보다 적은 폭을 가지며 제1 배선층과 접속되는 그 단부가 제1 배선층 방향으로 소정폭 연장된 제2 배선층을 구비하여 된 것으로서, 서로 다른 폭을 가지며 소정각도로 꺾인 부분이 있는 배선층이 형성함에 있어 꺾인 부분의 폭 사이즈 차에 의한 돌출 부위가 발생되지 않아 인접된 배선간의 접촉에 의한 단락의 위험을 방지할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 이에 따른 제품의 불량원인을 방지할 수 있다. 또한 배선층의 사이즈를 최대한으로 넓힐 수 있어 배선층의 형성작업이 원활하다는 이점이 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 그 상면에 서로 다른 폭으로 꺾이는 부분이 있는 배선층과, 절연층과, 도전층과, 형광체층이 순차적으로 도포된 기판과, 상기 기판에 고정되는 그리드를 구비하는 형광 표시관에 있어서, 상기 배선층(30)이, 폭이 넓은 제1 배선층(30a)과, 상기 제1 배선층(30a) 보다 적은 폭을 가지며 제1 배선층(30a)과 접속되는 그 단부가 제1 배선층(30a) 방향으로 소정폭 연장된 제2 배선층(30b)을 구비하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 형광 표시관.
