Abstract

본 발명은 메틸알콜과 C2~C5인 저급알콜의 혼합물 중 용해된 암옥시실린 트리하이드레이트 용액을 무균상태에서 임의로는 적절한 아민 존재중에서 소듐의 알킬레이트염 또는 카르복실레이트 염으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 염화제를 메틸아세테이트에 용해시킨 용액과 함께 반응시켜 침전 분리시킴을 특징으로 하는 무균적인 소듐 암옥시실린의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 암옥시실린 트리하이드레이트를 메틸알콜과 C2~C5인 저급알콜의 혼합물에 용해시킨 용액을 무균상태에서, 임의로 적절한 아민을 첨가하여, 소듐 알킬레이트염 또는 소듐카르복실레이트 염으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 적절한 염화제를 메틸아세테이트에 용해시킨 용액과 함께 반응시켜 침전 분리시킴을 특징으로 하는 무균적인 소듐 암옥시실린의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, C2~C5인 저급알콜은 이소프로판올 임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 적절한 아민은 트리에틸아민과 디에틸아민 중 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 상기 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 염화제가 소듐 2-에틸 헥사노에이트 임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 상기 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 암옥시실린 트리하이드레이트와 적절한 아민을 메탄올과 C2~C5인 저급알콜의 혼합물에 용해시킨 용액은 염화제가 메틸아세테이트에 용해된 용액에 첨가되기 전에 무균적으로 여과됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
