Claims (10)

  1. 다음 구조식(Ⅱ)의 화합물 또는 그 염을 다음 구조식(Ⅲ)화합물 또는 그 염과 반응시켜서 다음 구조식(Ia)화합물 또는 그 염을 제조하거나 다음 구조식(Ⅳ)의 화합물을 다음 구조식(Ⅴ)의 화합물 또는 그 염과 반응시켜서 다음 구조식(Ib)의 화합물 또는 그 염을 제조하거나, 또는 다음 구조식(Ic)의 화합물 또는 그 염에서 보호기를 제거하여 다음 구조식(Id)의 화합물 또는 그 염을 제조함을 특징으로 하는 다음 구조식(I)의 화합물 또는 그 염을 제조하는 방법.

  7. 상기 식에서 R1은 알킬, 알콕시, 알킬티오 또는 알킬설포닐; R2는 수소, 하이드록시, 알콕시, 저급알카노일옥시 또는 저급알킬카바모일옥시; n은 0 또는 1 ;R3는 하이드록시 또는 보호된 하이드록시이며; R4는 저급알콕시; 2이상의 하이드록시 또는 보호된 하이드록시기로 치환된 저급알콕시 또는 저급 알리사이클릭옥시기; 저급알콕시 또는 2이상의 하이드록시기를 가지는 다른 알리사이클릭-옥시기로 치환된 저급알콕시 또는 저급알리사이클릭-옥시기, 알리사이클릭 링은 산소원자를 함유할 수 있다.
  8. R2 a는 수소, 알콕시, 저급알카노일옥시 또는 저급알킬카바모일옥시; R3 a는 보호된 하이드록시; X는 할로겐 또는 실버옥시; R4 a는 저급알킬; 또는 2이상의 보호된 하이드록시기로 치환되고, 저급알콕시, 또는 2이상의 보호된 하이드록시기를 가지는 다른 알리사이클릭-옥시기로 치환될 수도 있는 저급알리사이클릭기, 여기에서 알리사이클릭기는 하나의 산소원자를 함유할 수 있다.
  9. Y는 X가 할로겐인때 하이드록시기이거나, X가 실버옥시일때 할로겐이며; R3 b와 R4 b는 적어도 하나의 보호된 하이드록시기가 R3 b및 R4 b에 함유된 조건하에 각각 R3및 R4와 같으며; R3 c및 R4 c는 적어도 하나의 하이드록시기가 R3및 R4에 함유된 조건하에 R3및 R4와 같다.
