Abstract

본 발명은 연자성 박막과 중간층으로 Fe4N 박막층을 교대로 적층시킴으로서 고포화 자속밀도와 고투자율을 갖게하는데 적합한 자기 헤드에 관한 것으로, 페라이트 코어에 연자성 박막을 성막한 것에 있어서, Fe-Zr-M-N(M:Cr, Ti, Al)연자성 박막과 중간층으로 Fe박막 또는 FexN박막을 교대로 적층화시키고 열처리하여 중간층이 Fe4N상으로 이루어지게 한 자기 헤드 구조에 관한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 페라이트 코어에 연자성 박막을 성막한 자기 헤드에 있어서, Fe-Zr-M-N(M:Cr, Ti, Al) 연자성 박막과 중간층으로 Fe박막 또는 FexN박막을 교대로 적층시키고 열처리하여 중간층이 Fe4N상으로 되게한 자기 헤드 구조.
