Abstract
본 발명은 기록막 조성에 크롬(Cr)을 첨가하여 외부자계에 대한 기록 감도를 향상시킴과 함께 내산화성을 증대시키는 광자기 기록매체에 관한것으로. 기판상에 보호막/기록막/보호막/반사막의 적층 구조를 갖는 것에 있어서, 기록막을 이루는 희토류-천이금속 조성물에 Cr을 첨가하여서된 기록막을 갖는 광자기 기록매체에 관한 기술임.

Claims (3)
- 기판상에 보호막/기록막/보호막/반사막의 적층 구조를 갖는 광자기 기록매체에 있어서, 기록막을 이루는 희토류-천이금속 조성에 자계 감도 및 내산화성을 향상시키기 위해 크롬(Cr)이 첨가된것을 특징으로하는 광자기 기록 매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기록막의 조성이(TbDy)28-x(FeCo)72Crxat%(여기서 x=5-12at%임)로 이루어짐을 특성으로 하는 광자기 기록매체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 기록막의 두께가 100-300Å임을 특징으로하는 광자기 기록매체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
