Abstract

일체형 EMI/RFI 필터 자석은 I 코어에 감긴 차동 인덕터 및 공통 모드 인덕터를 갖는다. I 코어는, E 코어 레그의 단부 면들이 I 코어와 면하도록, E 코어와 나란히 배치된다. 자석은 차동 인덕터 및 공통 모드 인덕터에 대해 실질적으로 폐쇄된 자기 경로를 갖는다.

일체형 EMI/RFI 필터 자석(INTEGRATED EMI/RFI FILTER MAGNETICS)

제2도는 RFI/EMI 필터내의 인덕터용 일체형 자석이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 실질적으로 폐쇄된 자기 경로를 갖는 코어에 감긴 공통 모드 인덕터, 및 실질적으로 폐쇄된 자기 경로를 갖는 코어에 감긴 차동 인덕터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 EMI/RFI 필터용 자석.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코어가 2 부분 코어인 것을 특징으로 하는 EMI/RFI 필터용 자석.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 2 부분 코어가 E 코어 및 I 코어를 포함하고, 상기 E 코어가 본체로부터 연장된 다수의 레그를 갖고, 상기 레그가 본체로부터 먼쪽에 단부 면을 갖으며, 상기 각 레그의 단부 면이 I 코어쪽에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 EMI/RFI 필터용 자석.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 레그들 중 최소한 1개 레그의 상기 단부 면이 I 코어쪽에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 EMI/RFI 필터용 자석.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 공통 모드 인덕터가 코어에 감긴 공통 모드 인덕터 권선을 갖고 상기 차동 인덕터가 코어에 감긴 차동 인덕터 권선을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 EMI/RFI 필터용 자석.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 공통 모드 인덕터 권선 및 상기 차동 인덕터 권선이 최소한 부분적으로 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 EMI/RFI 필터용 자석.
  7. 공통 모드 인덕터에 대해 실질적으로 폐쇄된 자기 경로를 갖고 있고 코어에 감긴 공통 모드 인덕터 권선, 차동 인덕터에 대해 실질적으로 폐쇄된 자기 경로를 갖고 있고 코어에 감긴 제1차동 인덕터 권선, 및 실질적으로 폐쇄된 자기 경로를 갖고 있고 코어에 감긴 제2차동 인덕터 권선을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 EMI/RFI 필터용 자석.
  8. 차동 인덕터 및 공통 모드 인덕터를 갖는 EMI/RFI 필터용 자석에 있어서, 본체 및 본체로부터 먼쪽에 각각 단부 면을 갖고 있는 제1외부 E 코어 레그, 제2외부 E 코어 레그, 중심 E 코어 레그를 갖는 E 코어; I 코어에 감긴 제1권선; I 코어에 감긴 제2권선; 및 각 E 코어 레그의 단부 면에 가까운 쪽에 배치된 제2코어를 포함하되, 상기 제2코어 및 E 코어가 각 권선에 대해 최소한 2개의 폐자기 경로를 형성하여, 제1권선이 제1독립 자기 경로를 갖고, 제2권선이 제2독립 자기 경로를 가지며, 제1권선 및 제2권선이 공동의 자기 경로를 갖게 되어, 제1권선 또는 제2권선이 차동 인덕터를 형성하고, 제1권선 및 제2권선이 공통 모드 인덕터를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 EMI/RFI 필터용 자석.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제2코어가 I 코어인 것을 특징으로 하는 EMI/RFI 필터용 자석.
