제1도는 본 발명의 박막자기헤드의 1실시예의 주요부를 도시한 단면도. 제2도 (a),(b),(c),(d)는 각각 제1도에 도시한 박막자기헤드를 구성하는 각각의 도체코일층의 도체막패턴을 도시한 평면도.

Claims (2)

  1. 하부자극(1)과 상부자극(2) 사이에 절연층(3a-3e)와 도체코일층(4a-4d)를 4층이상 교대로 적층형성해서 이루어지는 박막자기헤드에 있어서, 서로 인접하지않는 적어도 1조의 상기 도체코일층을 직접접속한 것을 특징으로 하는 박막자기헤드.
  2. 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도체코일층의 코일의 권선수는 아래층에서부터 위층으로 향해서 순차적으로 작게 형성되어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 박막자기헤드.
