Abstract

본 발명은, 알칼리 금속 피로인산염의 수용액을 최소한 화학양론적으로 필요한 양의 마그네슘염과 조합시킴으로써 중합 바로전에 제조되는 피로인산 마그네슘, 술포네이트기-함유 중량제 및 알칼리 금속 또는 카르복실산염의 혼합물을 현탁 안정화제로서 사용하는 것을 포함하여, 현탁 안정화제 및 통상적인 스티렌-가용성 중합 촉매의 존재하에 수성 현탁액중에서 추가의 단량체의 존재 또는 부재하에, 발포제로서 1 내지 10중량%의 C3-C7-탄화수소 및/또는 이산화탄소 및, 바람직하다면 유효량의 통상적인 첨가제의 첨가와 함께, 스티렌을 중합시킴에 의한 비이드형 발포성 스티렌 중합체의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 알칼리 금속 피로인산염의 수용액을 최소한 화학양론적으로 필요한 양의 마그네슘염과 조합시킴으로써 중합 바로전에 제조되는 피로인산 마그네슘, 술포네이트기 -함유 중량제 및 알칼리 금속 또는 알칼리토금속 카르복실산염의 혼합물을 현탁 안정화제로서 사용하는 것을 포함하여, 현탁 안정화제 및 통상적인 스티렌-가용성 중합 촉매의 존재하에 수성 현탁액중에서 추가의 단량체의 존재 또는 부재하에, 발포제로서 1 내지 10중랑%의 C3-C7-탄화수소 및/또는 이산화탄소 및, 바람직하다면 유효량의 통상적인 첨가제의 첨가와 함께, 스티렌을 중합시킴에 의한 비이드형 발포성 스티렌 중합체의 제조방법.
