Abstract
본 발명은, 알칼리 금속 피로인산염의 수용액을 최소한 화학양론적으로 필요한 양의 마그네슘염과 조합시킴으로써 중합 바로전에 제조되는 피로인산 마그네슘, 술포네이트기-함유 중량제 및 알칼리 금속 또는 카르복실산염의 혼합물을 현탁 안정화제로서 사용하는 것을 포함하여, 현탁 안정화제 및 통상적인 스티렌-가용성 중합 촉매의 존재하에 수성 현탁액중에서 추가의 단량체의 존재 또는 부재하에, 발포제로서 1 내지 10중량%의 C3-C7-탄화수소 및/또는 이산화탄소 및, 바람직하다면 유효량의 통상적인 첨가제의 첨가와 함께, 스티렌을 중합시킴에 의한 비이드형 발포성 스티렌 중합체의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (1)
- 알칼리 금속 피로인산염의 수용액을 최소한 화학양론적으로 필요한 양의 마그네슘염과 조합시킴으로써 중합 바로전에 제조되는 피로인산 마그네슘, 술포네이트기 -함유 중량제 및 알칼리 금속 또는 알칼리토금속 카르복실산염의 혼합물을 현탁 안정화제로서 사용하는 것을 포함하여, 현탁 안정화제 및 통상적인 스티렌-가용성 중합 촉매의 존재하에 수성 현탁액중에서 추가의 단량체의 존재 또는 부재하에, 발포제로서 1 내지 10중랑%의 C3-C7-탄화수소 및/또는 이산화탄소 및, 바람직하다면 유효량의 통상적인 첨가제의 첨가와 함께, 스티렌을 중합시킴에 의한 비이드형 발포성 스티렌 중합체의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
