Abstract

본 발명은 (a) 피로인산염에 대해 적어도 3%의 화학양론적 과량에 해당하는 양의 고체마그네슘염을 피로인산염의 수용액에 첨가함으로써 50℃ 이하에서 똑같은 반응기에서 피로인산 마그네슘을 제조하고, (b) 현탁 매질을 70 내지 140℃까지 가열하고, (c) 상기 온도 범위에서 발포제를 첨가하는 것으로 이루어지는, 반응기내에서 현탁 안정화제로서 피로인산 마그네슘과 술포네이트기-함유 중량제의 혼합물의 존재하에 수성 현탁액중에서 발포제에 의한 후-함침에 의해 발포성 열가소성 중합체를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. (a) 피로인산염에 대해 적어도 3%의 화학양론적 과량에 해당하는 양의 고체마그네슘염을 피로인산염의 수용액에 첨가함으로써 50℃이하에서 똑같은 반응기에서 피로인산 마그네슘을 제조하고, (b) 현탁 매질을 70 내지 140℃가지 가열하고, (c) 상기 온도범위에서 발포제를 첨가하는 것으로 이루어지는, 반응기 내에서 현탁 안정화제로서 피로인산 마그네슘과 술포네이트기-함유 중량제의 혼합물의 존재하에 수성 현탁액중에서 발포제에 의한 후-함침에 의해 발포성 열가소성 중합체를 제조하는 방법.
