Abstract
표피재 및 45초 이하의 결정화 속도틀 갖는 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물로 구성된 심재층으로 구성되고, 상기 표피재는 심재층에 전체적으로 접합되어 있는 다층 성형품. 상기 다층 성형품은 표피재 및 45초 이하의 결정화 속도를 갖는 용융 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물을 한쌍의 상부 및 하부 금청 사이로 공급하고, 금형 내에서 용융 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물을 성형함과 동시에 표피재를 성형수지 조성물의 표면에 접합시킨 다음 용융 수지 조성물을 냉각하여 고화시킴으로써 제조될수 있다. 상기 다층 성형품은 표피재의 부드러운 감촉이 손상됨이 없이 작은 변형량을 갖는다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1A도 내지 제1C도는 본 발명의 다층 성형품을 제조하기 위한 한 실시태양인 프레스 성형장치의 개략도이며 또한 본 발명의 성형방법의 연속단계를 보여준다,
제2도는 d가 변형량을 나타내는 다층 성형품의 부분도이다.
Claims (12)
- 표피재와 45초 이하의 결정화 속도를 갖는 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물로 구성된 심재층으로 구성되고, 상기 표피재는 심재층의 표면에 전체적으로 접합되어 있는 다층 성형품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물이 20이상의 용융 지수를 갖는 다층 성형품.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물이 35초 이하의 결정화 속도를 갖는 다층 성형품.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 결정화속도가 폴리프로필렌 수지조성물을 용융하고, 폴리프로필렌수지 조성물을 130℃에서 등온 결정화시키고 전체 수지량의 1/2이 결정화 되는데 필요한 시간을 차등 주사 열량계에 의해 측정하여 수득된 값인 다층 성형품.
- 표피재와 용융 열가소성 수지를 한쌍의 상부 및 하부 금형 사이로 공급하고, 용융수지를 금형내에서 성형함과 동시에 표피재 물질을 성형수지표면에 접합시킨 다음 용융 수지를 냉각하여 고화시키는 것으로 구성되고, 열가소성 수지로서 45초 이하의 결정화 속도를 갖는 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표피재와 열가소성 수지로 구성된 심재층으로 구성되는 다층 성형품의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물이 20이상의 용융지수를 갖는 방법.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물이 35초 이하의 결정화 속도를 갖는 방법.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 결정화속도가 폴리프로필렌 수지조성물을 용융하고, 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물을 130℃에서 등온 결정화시키고 전체 수지량의 1/2이 결정화되는데 필요한 시간을 차등 주사 열량계에 의해 측정하여 수득된 값인 방법.
- 표피재 물질을 개방된 한쌍의 상부 및 하부 금형 사이로 공급하고, 상부 금형을 적절한 위치까지 내리고, 용융 열가소성 수지를 표피재 및 하부 금형 사이로 공급하고, 용융 열가소성 수지를 공급하면서 또는 소정량의 용융열가소성 수지를 다 공급한 후에 상부 금형을 더 내려서, 상부 금형과 하부 금형을 압착하여, 금형내 용융 열가소성 수지를 성형함과 동시에 표피재를 성형 수지의 표면에 접합시킨 다음 용융 수지를 냉각하여 고형화시키는 것으로 구성되고, 열가소성 수지로서 45초이하의 결정화속도를 갖는 폴리프로필렌 수지조성물을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표피재와 열가소성 수지의 심재층으로 구성된 다층 성형품의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물이 20이상의 용융지수를 갖는 방법.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물이 35초 이하의 결정화 속도를 갖는 방법.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 결정화 속도가 폴리프로필렌 수지조성물을 용융하고, 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물을 130℃에서 등온 결정화 시키고 전체 수지량의 1/2이 결정화되는데 필요한 시간을 차등 주사 열량계에 의해 측정하여 수득된 값인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
