본 발명은 인장재료 성형방법에 관한 것으로서, 특히 베크라이트 또는 멜라닌수지등을 이용하여 이를 판상에 최초 무늬를 형성하므로서 인장 성형시 무늬가 형성된 판이 녹아 내림을 방지함과 동시에 인장의 성형완료후 인장내부에 층을 형성하여 특수한 효과를 나타낼 수 있는 인장재료의 성형방법에 관한 것이다.
지금까지의 인장재료 성형방법으로는 통상적으로 무늬, 모양이 적정하게 배하여진 아크릴판을 성형틀내에 넣어놓고 다시 아크릴용액을 주입하여 이를 온수조내애서 냉각시켜 고형화 시키는 방식이 사용되어 오고 있다. 그러나 이와 같은 방식은 작업상의 문제를 갖고 있었다. 좀더 상세히 설명하면 최초 아크릴판재 상에 무늬 모양을 배하여 놓고 이를 성형틀내에 넣어 여기에 다시 아크릴용액을 주입하여 되므로 주입되는 아크릴용액에 의하여 최초 아크릴판재가 녹아 내리게 되어 아크릴판재상의 무늬, 모양에 따라 흘러내리거나 또는 흐트러지게 되어 인장내부의 원하는 위치에 무늬, 모양을 형성할 수 없었으며, 특히 그로인해 제품의 불량율이 커지게 되어 인장재료의 제조원가 상승요인이 되고 있었다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 점을 고려하여 안출한 것으로, 특히 그 목적은 인장재료 성형시 무늬, 모양을 작업자가 원하는 위치에 정확히 배하여 지게 함과 동시에 작업시 불량율을 최소화 할 수 있는 인장재료 성형방법을 제공함에 있다.
이러한 본 발명의 목적은 최초 무늬, 모양을 주로 베크라이트 또는 멜라닌수지등으로 이루어진 성형판상에 선택된 무늬, 모양을 적절히 배치하여 놓고 이를 성형틀내에 삽입후 아크릴용액을 주입하되, 이 아크릴용액은 상기 성형판의 전후측에 각각 주입될 수 있도록 하고, 주입완료된 성형틀을 40-50℃정도의 물속에서 서냉하므로서 달성될 수 있다.
즉 아크릴용액에 의해 녹지 않는 베크라이트 또는 멜라닌수지등을 성형판으로 하여 아크릴용액의 주입에 따른 무늬, 모양의 흐트러짐을 방지하게 되어 작업자가 원하는 위치에 적절히 무늬, 모양을 표현할 수 있게 되는 것이다.
이하 본 발명의 바람직 한 실시예를 첨부도면에 의거하여 좀더 구체적으로 설명하면 다음과 같다.
실시예 1
(제1도 참조)주로 베크라이트 또는 멜라닌수지로 이루어진 성형판(10)의 전, 후에 무늬, 모양(20)을 배하여 놓고, 이를 주로 폴리에틸렌이나 폴리피렌등으로 제작된 성형틀(30)내에 수직으로 삽설하여 놓고 아크릴(35)용액을 주입하고, 주입 완료된 성형틀(30)을 40-50℃정도의 물이 담겨있는 냉각조(40)내에서 서냉시켜 고형화 된 인장재료(50)를 성형틀(30)내에서 분리 수거하여 인장재료의 성형을 완료하게 된다.
실시예 2
(제2도 참조) 주로 베크라이트 또는 멜라닌수지로 이루어진 성형판(100)의 전, 후에 무늬, 모양(200)을 모든면에 걸쳐 적당한 간격으로 적절히 배치하고, 상부틀(310)과 하부틀(320)로 이루어져 그 사이에 성형판(100)을 보유하게 되는 성형틀(300)에 상기 성형판(100)을 끼워놓고 성형틀(300)을 클립(330)으로 체결하되, 상기 상부틀(310)에는 주입구(312)를 천설하고, 성형판(100) 상에는 상부틀(310)로 유입된 아크릴(350)용액이 하부틀(320)내로 유입되게 하는 연통공(110)을 형성하여 상기 주입구(312)로 아크릴용액을 주입하여 상하부를 내에 아크릴용액이 층만하면, 이를 40-50℃정도의 물이 담겨있는 냉각조(미도시)에서 서냉시켜 고형화 된 인장재료 원판(400)은 얼게 된다.
또한 이 원판(400)을 적당한 크기로 절단 가공하여 완성된 형태의 인장재료(410)를 얻을 수 있게 된사.
상술한 바와 같이 본 발명에 따른 인장재료 성형방법은 무늬, 모양이 배하여진 판의 녹아내림을 방지하여 작업자가 원하는 위치에 무늬, 모양을 정확히 표현할 수 있게 되었을 뿐만 아니라 그로인해 제품의 성형시 불량율을 최소화하여 제조원가 절감을 기대 할 수 있고, 특히 투명재로 되는 아크릴수지와 메크라이트 또는 멜라닌수지간에 층이 형성되어 인장재료 고급화 및 심미감을 배가 할 수 있게 되었다.
Claims (1)
- 베트라이트 또는 멜라닌수지로 이루어진 성형판(10)상에 무늬 모양(20)을 배하여 놓고, 이를 원통형 성형틀(30)내에 삽설하여 아크릴용액(35)을 주입하고, 주입완료된 성형틀(30)을 공지된 40-50℃정도의 물속에서 서냉시켜 고형화 된 인장재료(50)를 성형틀(30)로 부터 분리하여 얻게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인장재료의 성형방법.
