Abstract
본 발명은, (1)폴리에스테르 수지를 수지의 말단 OH 및 COOH기와 첨가반응 할 수 있는 적어도 2개의 기를 함유하는 다첨가 첨가제와 용융상태로 혼합하고, (2)용융 폴리에스테르를 고체입자로 변환시킨후에 입자들을 결정화시키고, (3)입자들을 150 내지 210℃로 가열하여 바람직한 고유점도의 증가를 얻는 단계로 이루어지는 0.75dl/g미만의 고유점도 I.V.를 갖는 수지로 부터 출발하여 고분자량 폴리에스테르 수지를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (15)
- (1)0.57 dl/g미만의 고유점도를 갖는 폴리에스테르수지를 수지의 첨가, 즉 수지의 말단 OH기 또는 COOH기와의 반응을 가능하게 하는 적어도 2개의 기를 함유하는 다첨가 첨가제와 용융상태로 반응시키고,(2)용융 혼합물을 고체입자로 변환시키고, 계속해서 폴리에스테르 수지의 Tg보다 높고 융점보다 낮은 온도에서 입자들을 결정화시키고; (3)150℃보다 높은 온도에서 입지들을 가열하여 원하는 고유점도의 증가를 얻는 단계로 이루어지는, 0.57 dl/g미만의 고유점도를 갖는 폴리에스테르수지로 부터 출발하여 고분자량 폴리에스테르 수지를 생성시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 출발 폴리에스테르 수지가 0.4 내지 0.55dl/g의 고유점도를 가짐을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제1항 및 2항에 있어서, 용융상태로의 혼합이 250 내지 310℃의 온도에서, 180초 미만의 저항시간을 가지고 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 고체 상태로의 열처리가 150내지 210℃에서 수행됨을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 고유점도가 고체상태로의 가열 단계(3)에서 얻어진 최종값의 70 내지80%까지 증가됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용융상태의 혼합이 역회전 비-물림 2축 압출기를 사용하여 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다첨가 첨가제가 테트라카르복실산의 이무수물로 부터 선택됨을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 이무수물이 피로멜리트산 이무수물임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항 내지 8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 이무수물이 1중량%이하의 양으로 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르가 20중량%이하의 이소프탈산으로부터 유도되는 간위를 함유하는 폴리에틸렌 테페프탈레이트 및 코폴리 에틸렌테레프탈레이트로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용융 중축합 생산 플랜트로 부터 유도되는 폴리에스테르수지를 사용하여 연속적으로 공급단계(1)이 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 0.57 dl/g미만의 고유점도를 갖는 폴리에스테르수지를 수지를 폴리에스테르 수지 말단 OH/ COOH기와 첨가 반응을 가능하게 하는 적어도 2개의 기를 함유하는 다첨가 첨가제와 용융상태로 혼합시킴으로써 얻어지는,0.57 dl/g이상의 고유점도를 갖는 폴리에스테르 수지.
- 0.57 dl/g미만의 고유점도를 갖는 상응하는 중합체를 피로멜리트산 이무수물과 용융상태로 혼합시킴으로써 얻어지는,제12항에 따른 이소프탈산으로 부터 유도되는 20몰%이하의 단위를 함유하는 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 및 코폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트.
- 제1항 내지 11항중 어느 한 항에 방법에 따라 얻어지는 폴리에스테르 수지의 인젝션 블로우 모울딩 및 압축식 블로우 성형법에 의해 얻어지는 방법.
