제2도는 제1도의 절취선 2-2를 따라서 취한 1회용 기저귀의 흡수 코어만을 나타낸 측면도이다.
제3도는 제1도의 절취선 3-3을 따라서 취한 1회용 기저귀의 흡수 코어만을 나타낸 측면도이다.
제4도는 제1도에 나타낸 1회용 기저귀에서 흡수코어로서 사용된 본 발명의 흡수 부재의 토시도이다.
제5도는 본 발명의 층으로 된 흡수 부재(적충재)를 나타내는 단편적인 확대단면도이다.

Claims (12)

  1. 미립상 흡수성 중합체 조성물이 실질적으로 수-불용성인 흡수성 하이드로겔-형성 중합체 물질의 전구체 입자 및 상기 전구체 입자의 상기 중합체 물질과 반응하여 상기 전구체 입자들간에 공유 가교결합을 형성하는 입자간 가교결합제를 포함하는 입자간 가교결합 응집체를 포함하며, 상기 입자간 가교결합 응집체가 상기 중합체 조성물이 상기 전구체 입자의 매스 평균 입자크기보다 적어도 약 25% 더큰 매스평균 입자크기를 갖도록 하는 양으로 중합체 조성물에 존재함을 특징으로 하는, 실질적으로 수-불용성인 흡수성 하이드로겔-형성 중합체 물질을 포함하는 미립상 흡수성 중합체 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전구체 입자의 매스 평균 입자 크기보다 적어도 50%, 바람직하게는 적어도 100% 더 큰 매스 평균 입자 크기를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 중합체 조성물.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 전구체 입자가 180㎛ 미만의 매스 평균 입자크기를 갖는 중합체 조성물.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 실질적으로 수-불용성인 흡수성 하이드로겔-형성 중합체 물질이 카복실 그룹을 가지며, 상기 입자간 가교결합제가 상기 카복실 그룹과 반응할 수 있는 작용기를 분자당 적어도 2개 가짐을 특징으로 하는 중합체 조성물.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 실질적으로 수-불용성인 흡수성 하이드로겔-형성 중합체 물질이 가수 분해된 전분/아크릴로니트릴 그라프트 공중합체, 부분 중화된 전분/아크릴로니트릴 그라프트 공중합체, 전분-아크릴산 그라프트 공중합체, 부분 중화된 전분-아크릴산 그라프트 공중합체, 비누화된 비닐 아세테이트-아크릴산 에스테르 공중합체, 가수분해된 아크릴로니트릴 또는 아크릴 아미드 공중합체, 전술한 임의의 공중합체의 가수분해된 약간 가교결합된 망상구조의 생성물, 부분중화된 폴리아크릴산, 및 부분 중화된 폴리아크릴의 약간 가교결합된 망상구조의 생성물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 중합체 조성물.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 입자간 가교결합제가 다가 알콜 화합물, 폴리글리시딜 에테르 화합물, 다작용성 아지리딘 화합물, 다작용성 아민 화합물 및 다작용성 이소시아내이트 화합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 중합체 조성물.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 실질적으로 수-불용성인 흡수성 하이드로겔-형성 중합체 물질이 필수적으로, 부분중화된 폴리아크릴산의 약간 가교결합된 망상구조의 생성물로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 중합체 조성물.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 입자간 가교결합제가 글리세롤, 트리메틸을 프로판, 에틸렌 그리콜, 1,2-프로판디올 및 1,3-프로판디올로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 중합체 조성물.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 실질적으로 수-불용성인 흡수성 하이드로겔-형성 중합체 물질의 전구체 입자가 입자간 가교결합되는 것 이외에도 또한 표면 가교결합됨을 특징으로 하는 중합체 조성물.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 실질적으로 수-불용성인 흡수성 하이드로겔-형성 중합체 물질의 전구체 입자가 실질적으로 건조한 중합체 조성물.
  11. 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 전구체 입자 100중량부당 0.5 내지 10중량부의 상기 입자간 가교결합체를 상기 전구체 입자 100중량부당 1 내지 20중량부의 물, 친수성 유기용매 또는 그들의 혼합물과 혼합시키는 중합체 조성물.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 입자간 가교결합체가 글리세롤이고, 상기 친수성 유기용매가 메틴올, 에탄올, 이소프로판올 및 그들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되는 중합체 조성물.
