Abstract

쿠멘 하이드로퍼옥사이드의 산분해생성물로 부터 얻어지고α-메틸스티렌 함량이 15중량%이하인 조페놀을 비표면적이 80- 400㎡/g 범위이고 하메트의 산도함수(Ho)에 의한 산강도가 3Ho6. 8인 산성r-알루미나로 접촉처리하여 조페놀증에 함유되어 있는 지방족 및 방향족 카보닐 화합물들을 조페놀중에 함유되어 있는α-메틸렌스티렌이 디머를 실질적으로 형성하지 않고 고비등화합물들로 변환한후에 증류에 의해서 페놀과 그와같이 형성된 고비등 화합물들을 분리시키는 고순도 페놀의 제조방법.

Claims (8)

  1. 쿠멘 하이드로퍼옥사이드의 산분해생성물로 부터 얻어지고α-메틸스티렌 함량이 15중%이하인 조페놀로부터 고순도의 페놀을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, (1) 비표면적 80-400㎡/g 범위이고 하메트의 산도함수(Ho)에 의한 산성도가 3Ho6. 8인 산성r-알루미나 매의 존재하에 상기 조페놀을 접촉처리하여조페놀증에 함유되어 있는 지방족 및 방향족카보닐 화합물을 조페놀에 함유되어 있는α-메틸스티렌이 디머를 실질적으로 형성함이 이 고뇌등화합물로 변환시키는 단계와. (2) 단계(1)에서 얻은 접촉처리생성물을 증류하여 페놀을 회수하는 단계로 구성된, 고순도페놀의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서. 상기 조페놀을 150-300℃의 온도범위에서 접촉처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고순도 페놀의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조페놀을 1~50분 동안 접촉처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고순도 페놀의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산성r-알루미나의 산도함수(Ho)에 의한 산강도가 3Ho6. 8인 것을 특징으로 하는 고순도 페놀의 제조방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산성r-알루미나가 150~300㎡/g범위의 비표면적을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 고순도페놀의 제조방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조페놀을 기상으로 산성 r-알루미나로 접촉처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고순도 페놀의 제조방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조페놀을 액상으로 산성 r-알루미나로 접촉처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고순도 페놀의 제조방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접촉처리 생성물을 스팀증류 또는 유기용제 추출증류에 의해서 회수하는 것을 특징으로하는 고순도 페놀의 제조방법.
