Abstract

분무도포하는 동안 수성도장제의 재분무시유를 회수하는 계속적인 공정은 수성 세척액에서 재분무시유를 모음으로써 회로(A)에서 분무실까지 계속해서 순환하며, 상기 세척액의 고체농도는 1-1.5중량퍼센트의 범위안에서 유지되며, 재분무시유를 함유한 세척액의 일부는 제1한외여과회로(B)에 공급되며, 상기 순환액의 고체농도는 8-15중량퍼센트의 범위로 유지되고, 한외여과회로(B)에서 나온 순환액의 일부는 다른 한외여과회로(C)로 공급되며, 상기 순환액의 고체농축은 대략 35중량퍼센트와 수성도장제의 분무점성과 일치하는 고체농축사이에 범위내로 일정하게 유지되며, 이에따라 회로(B), (C)에서 나온 투과액은 세척액을 충전하기 위해 회로(A)로 되돌아가며, 한외여과회로(C)내에서 순환하는 순환액의 적어도 일부는 분무실에서 분무도포 혹은 분무도포준비용으로 사용되어 진다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 공정과 본 발명에 따라 사용되는 장치를 바람직한 실시예로써 예시한 흐름도.

Claims (9)

  1. 재분무시유는 회로(A)에 있는 분무실로 계속해서 되돌아오는 수성세척액안으로 모아지고, 이에따라 재분무시유를 함유한 세척액의 일부를 회로(A)에서 한외여과회로(B)까지 공급하며, 세척액을 보충하기 위해 투과액이 한외여과회로(B)에서 빠져나와 회로(A)로 되돌아가는 분무실에서 분무도장하는 동안 수성도장제에서 재분무시유를 회수하는 공정에 있어서, 이는 계속애서 수행되며, 회로(A)안에 세척액의 고체 농축을 대략 1-1.5중량퍼센트의 범위내로 일정하게 유지시키며, 한외여과회로(B)안에서 순화하는 순환액의 고체농축투과액을 빠져나오게 하여 대략 8-15중량퍼센트 범위내에 일정하게 유지시키며, 이에따라 순환액의 일부를 한외여과회로(B)에서 나와 다른 한외여과회로(C)까지 공급하며, 순환액의 고체농축투과액을 빠져나오게 함으로써 대략 35중량퍼센트에서 수성도장제에서 분무점성과 일치하는 고체농축까지의 범위내로 일정하게 유지시키고, 회로(C)에서 나온 투과액은 또한 세척액을 보충하기 위해 회로(A)로 되돌아오며, 한외여과회로(C)에서 순환하는 적어도 순환액의 일부는 분무실에서 분무도포를 하거나 상기 도장제를 준비하기 위한 수성도장제로 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 분무실에서 분무도장하는동안 수성도장제에서 재분무시유를 회수하는 공정.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 회로(A),회로(B) 및 회로(C)안에 용액의 각 용량은 일정한 수준으로 유지됨을 특징으로 하는 분무실에서 분무도장하는동안 수성도장제에서 재분무시유를 회수하는 공정.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 수성도장제의 고체농축이 30-80중량퍼센트로 제조사용되며 여기서, 고체농축은 각 경우에서 한외여과회로(C)내에서 순환하는 순환액의 고체농축과 같거나 이보다 크게됨을 특징으로 하는 분무실에서 분무도장하는동안 수성도장제에서 재분무시유를 회수하는 공정.
  4. 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 한외여과회로(C)안에서 순환하는 순환액의 일부는 분무도포에 필요한 분무실에 공급되는 수성도장제를 형성하기 위해 수성도장제의 새로운 상부농축물과 임의의 물 및/또는 도장제의 다른 성분과 임의의 혼합제의 도움으로 혼합됨을 특징으로 하는 분무실에서 분무도장하는동안 수성도장제에서 재분무시유를 회수하는 공정.
  5. 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 한외여과회로(C)에서는 순환액 대신에 분무가능 도장제로 만들어져 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 분무실에서 분무도장하는동안 수성도장제에세 재분무시유를 회수하는 공정.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 수성도장제의 상부농축물과 임의의 물 및/또는 다른 도장제성분은 임의의 혼합제의 도움으로 한외여과회로(C)에 대한 필요한 비율로 첨가되며, 분무도포에 필요한 도장제는 한외여과회로(C)에서 빠져나옴을 특징으로 하는 분무실에서 분무도장하는동안 수성도장제에서 재분무시유를 회수하는 공정.
  7. 전술한 항중 한 항에 있어서, 수성착색 또는 투명한 래커가 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 분무실에서 분무도장하는도안 수성도장제에서 재분무시유를 회수하는 공정.
  8. 제1항 내지 제6항중 한 항에 있어서, 수성충전제를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 분무실에서 분무도장하는동안 수성도장제에서 재분무시유를 회수하는 공정.
  9. 전술한 항중 한 항에 있어서, 자동차나 원동기차량의 래커칠에 사용되는 수성도장제를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 분무실에서 분무도장하는동안 수성도장제에서 재분무시유를 회수하는 공정.
