Abstract

물로 세정처리한 전자기기 부품 등의 피처리물을 연속적으로 건조시키는 진공건조장치이며, 히터를 내장한 복수의 진공조를 회전자재의 회전테이블 상에 동심상태로 배설함과 동시에, 피처리물의 반출.반입역에 물세정 처리한 피처리물을 반입하는 반입장치와 건조처리된 피처리물을 반출하는 반출장치를 배설하고, 또 반입장치에 물세정처리한 피처리물에 열풍을 불어 대는 열풍분사장치를 병설하였다.

제1도는 본 발명에 관계되는 진공건조장치의 평면도.
제2도는 진공조의 종단면도, 그리고
제3도는 본 발명에 관계되는 진공건조장치의 일부단면을 포함하는 측면도이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 히터를 내장한 복수의 진공조를 회전자재의 회전테이블상에 동심상태로 배설함과 동시에, 피처리물의 반출.반입역에 있는 진공조에 대응하여 물세정처리한 피처리물을 반입하는 반입장치와 처리된 피처리물을 반출하는 반출장치를 배설하고, 또 전기 반입장치에, 물세정처리한 피처리물에 열풍을 불어 대는 열풍분사 장치를 병설한 것을 특징으로 하는 진공건조장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 회전테이블을 간헐적으로 회전시키어 이루어지는, 진공건조장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 열풍분사장치를 선단이 복수로 분기한 관과, 복수로 분기한 분기관의 선단에 각각 부착된 복수의 유체 분사노즐로 구성한, 진공건조장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 반출장치를 피처리물 들어냄 장치와, 당해 들어냄 장치에 의해 들어내진 피처리물을 반출하는 반출 컨베이어로 구성한, 진공건조장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 반입장치를 반입 컨베이어에 의해 구성한, 진공건조장치.
