Abstract

본 발명은 세정된 판상의 워크(work)에 부착된 세정액을 제거하기 위하여 건조시키는 워크의 건조장치에 관한 것으로서, 통기성을 가지는 저판과, 상기 저판의 주위에 세워진 통기불능의 측벽판을 구비하여 복수의 워크를 수납하는 트레이와; 상기 트레이의 저판을 경사지게 지지하는 지지부와; 상기 지지부에 지지된 상기 트레이의 측벽판의 상부에 착탈이 자유롭도륵 연결되어 상기 측벽판에 포위된 트레이의 내부로 열풍을 송풍하는 열풍덕트와; 상기 지지부에 지지된 트레이의 저부에 연결되어 상기 옅풍덕트에 의하여 송풍된 열풍을 상기 저판을 통하여 트레이의 내부에서 강제적으로 흡인하는 흡인덕트를 구비하는 구성으로 하여, 열풍덕트에서 흡인덕트로 흡인되는 열풍을 각 워크에 균일하게 전달하여 각 워크를 효율좋게 건조시킴과 아울러 건조시간을 단축시킬 수 있게 한 것이다.

제4(b)도는 경사상태의 워크를 모식적으로 나타내는 설명도.

Claims (5)

  1. 세정된 판상의 워크에 부착된 세정액을 건조시키는 건조장치에 있어서, 통기성을 가지는 저판과, 상기 저판의 주위에 세워진 통기불능의 측벽판을 구비하여 복수의 워크를 수납하는 트레이와; 상기 트레이의 저판을 경사지게 지지하는 지지부와; 상기 지지부에 지지된 상기 트레이의 측벽판의 상부에 착탈이 자유롭도록 연결되어 상기 측벽판에 포위된 트레이의 내부로 열풍을 송풍하는 열풍덕트와; 상기 지지부에 지지된 트레이의 저부에 연결되어 상기 열풍덕트에 의하여 송풍된 열풍을 상기 저판을 통하여 트레이의 내부에서 강제적으로 흡인하는 흡인덕트를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 워크의 건조장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지지부는, 트레이의 저부의 단가장자리부의 전둘레에 밀착되는 지지틀과, 상기 지지틀을 경사상태로 고정하는 다리부로 구성되어 있으며, 상기 흡인덕트는 상기 지지틀의 전둘레에 일체로 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 워크의 건조장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 트레이는 그 측벽판의 외면에 1쌍의 손잡이부를 구비하며, 상기 지지부률 향하여 승강하는 승강수단을 형성하고, 상기 승강수단은 상기 트레이의 손잡이부를 걸어서 상기 트레이를 지지함과 아울러, 트레이가 지지부에 지지된 위치보다도 하강하여 상기 손잡이부와의 걸림상태가 해제되는 걸림부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 워크의 건조장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열풍덕트는, 이 열풍덕트가 상기 지지부에 지지된 트레이에 연결되었을때, 상기 승강수단에 대하여 상승운동이 자유롭도록 상기 승강수단에 현수(懸垂)되게 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 워크의 건조장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 워크는, 수정발진자 또는 콘텐서용의 세라믹 박판인 것을 특징으로 하는 워크의 건조장치.
