Abstract

본 출원은 노즐(2)와 노즐 양쪽의 한 쌍의 견부(3)들을 갖고 있는 케이싱(1)을 구비하는 1회분의 유동가능한 물질을 수동 방출하기 위한 분배기를 기술하고 있다. 노즐(2)는 배출구(9)로부터 내측으로 연장하는 피스톤 부재(5) 를 갖고 있고, 피스톤 부재는 적어도 하나의 방출 채널을 갖는다. 방출될 물질의 용기(10)이 피스톤 부재상에 장착되고, 방출될 물질을 전부 밀봉하기 위해 밀붕부(12)가 용기(10)으로 가로질러 배치된다. 피스톤 부재(5)는 밀봉부(12)를 향해 연장하는 전공 부재(8)을 갖고 있어, 용기(10)을 피스톤 부재(5)상으로 눌렀을 때 밀봉부(12)가 천공되어 용기(10)의 내용물이 방출 채널을 따라 배출구(9)를 통해 밖으로 방출된다.

Claims (10)

1회분의 유동가능한 물질을 수동 방출하기 위한 단위 투여량 분배기에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 방출 채널을 갖고 배출구로부터 내측으로 연장하는 피스톤 부재를 갖고 있는 노즐과 이 노즐의 양쪽에 하나씩 위치한 두개의 견부들을 갖고 있는 케이싱과, 피스톤 부재상에 장착된 방출될 물질의 용기를 구비하고; 방출될 물질을 전부 밀봉하기 위해 밀봉부가 용기를 가로질러 배치되고, 밀봉부를 향해 연장하는 천공 부재를 피스톤 부재가 갖고 있어, 용기를 피스톤 부재를 향해 누를 때 밀봉부가 천공되어 용기내의 내용물을 방출 채널을 따라 배출구 밖으로 방출되게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단위 투여량 분배기.
제1항에 있어서, 밀봉부는 용기 내측에 이동가능하게 결합된 스토퍼로 형성되고, 사용시에 천공 부재에 의해 천공되는 중앙 막을 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 단위 투여량 분배기.
제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 천공 부재는 피스톤의 방출 채널을 형성하도록 중공인 것을 특징으로 하는 단위투여량 분배기.
제3항에 있어서, 천공 부재는 피스톤 부재의 축을 따라 배출구로 연장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단위 투여량 분배기.
제4항에 있어서, 천공 부재는 강 바늘인 것을 특징으로 하는 단위 투여량 분배기.
전기 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용기 또는 용기에 끼워진 다른 부재가 케이싱의 내측면과 결합되고, 그러한 결합은 용기내의 물질의 효율적인 방출을 위해 제공되는 예정된 힘에 의해 해제되는 것을 특징으로 하는 단위 투여량 분배기.
전기 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용기는 조제 물질을 내장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단위 투여량 분배기.
제7항에 있어서, 조제 물질은 편두통, 유행성 감기, 호흡기 질병 또는 알레르기성 비염의 치료용인 것을 특징으로 하는 단위 투여량 분배기.
제7항에 있어서, 조제 물질은 수마트립탄(sumatdptan)인 것을 특징으로 하는 단위 투여량 분배기.
제7항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조제 물질의 방출량이 사실상 0.1㎖인 것을 특징으로 하는 단워투여량 분배기.
