Abstract
충전체층으로서 한가지 이상의 양이온계 결합제를 기제로한 코팅제가 사용되는, 기질, 특히 자동차나 그의 부품의 다층 랙커 코팅 제조방법이 제공된다. 이에 의해 부식방지능이 개선될 뿐아니라 낮은 스토빙온도도 달성된다.

Claims (11)
- 한가지 이상의 양이온계 결합제를 기제로한 코팅제를 충전제층으로서 사용함을 특징으로 하는, 프라이머층, 임의로 한가지 이상의 중간층, 충전제층, 임의로 한가지 이상의 중간층, 표면 랙커의 착색층이나 효력-발생층 또는 베이스코트를 적용함에 의한 기질의 다층 랙커 코팅 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 안료, 충전물질 및 통상적인 랙커용 첨가제를 함유하는 코팅제를 충전제층으로서 사용하는 것이 특징인 방법.
- 제1항 및 2항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 충전제층으로서 사용되는 코팅제가 임의로 한가지 이상의 유기용매에 더해, 주용매로서 물을 함유하는 것이 특징인 방법.
- 전술한 항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 충전제층으로서의 코팅제에 폴리 아크릴레이트, 폴리에스테르, 폴리우레탄 또는 에폭사이드 수지 또는 그의 혼합물을 기재로 하고 양이온기 또는 양이온기로 전환될 수 있는 기를 적어도 부분적으로 함유하는 자기-가교 및/또는 외인성 가교 결합제가 사용되는 것이 특징인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 자기-가교 및/또는 외인성 가교 결합제가 OH수 10 내지 400, 아민수 20 내지 200 및 수평균 분자량 500 내지 200000을 갖는 것이 특징인 방법.
- 제4항 또는 5항에 있어서, 양이온기로 전환될 수 있는 기가 1차 및/또는 2차 아미노기인 것이 특징인 방법.
- 전술한 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 충전제층으로서의 코팅제가 아미노플라스트 수지, 트랜스에스테르화 가교제 및/또는 차단된 이소시아네이트를 기재로한 가교제를 부가적으로 함유하는 것이 특징인 방법.
- 전술한 항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 충전제층으로서의 코팅제에서, 결합제가 가교가능한 기를 전혀 함유하지 않는 것이 특징인 방법.
- 다층 랙커 코팅에서의 충전제층 생산용으로서의 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 한항에서 정의된 코팅제의 용도.
- 물로 희석가능하거나 물에 용해가능한 양이온계 결합제를 기제로한 코팅제의, 자동차 및 자동차 부품의 다층 랙커링에서의 충전제층 생산을 위한 용도.
- 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 한항에 따른 방법에 의해 수득된 다층랙커 코팅.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
