Abstract

다음 성분으로 구성된 결합제의 수희석성 혼합물로 이루어진 수성 코팅제: I. 다음 성분으로 이루어진, 염기와 완전 중화 또는 부분 중화에 의해 수용성으로 된 반응 생성물 50-88중량%, (A)잔기가 70-160㎎ KOH /g이고, 유리 히드록실기와 C-원자수 12개 이상인 지방산 잔기가 없는 적어도 한가지의 말단 차단 이소시아네이트기가 있고, 디메틸 포름아미드(DMF)에서 20°C에 측정된, 극한점도수가 6.5-12.0㎖/g인, 폴리우레탄 수지 10-80중량%, 및 산가가 20㎎ KOH /g이하이며, DMF에서 20°C에 측정된, 극한 점도수가 8.0-13.0㎖ /g, 바람직하게는 14.5-16.5㎖ /g인 폴리에스테르 수지 20-90중량%(여기서 반응 생성물은 DMF에서 20℃에 측정된 극한점도수가 13.5-18.0㎖ /g임), Ⅱ. 물에서 희석될 수 없는 한가지 또는 여러가지의 차단된 폴리이소시아네이트 10-40중량%, 및 Ⅲ. 추가의 가교결합제로서 적어도 한가지의 아민 수지 2-30중량%.

Claims (17)

  1. 다음 성분으로 구성된 결합제의 수회석성 혼합물로 이루어진 수성 코팅제: I. 다음 성분으로 이루어진, 염기와 완전 중화 또는 부분 중화에 의해 수용성으로 된 반응 생성물 50-88중량%, (A)잔기가 70-160㎎ KOH /g이고, 유리 히드록실기와 C-원자수 12개 이상인 지방산 잔기가 없으며 디메틸 포름아미드(DMF)에서 20°C에측정된, 극한점도수가 6.5-12.0㎖/g, 폴리우레탄 수지 10-80중량%, 및 (B)OH-가가 50-500mg KOH/g이고, 산가가 20㎎ KOH /g이하이며, DMF에서 20°C에 측정된, 극한 점도수가 8.0-13.0㎖ /g, 바람직하게는 14.5-16.5㎖ /g인 폴리에스테르 수지 20-90중량%(여기서 반응 생성물은 DMF에서 20°C에 측정된 극한점도수가 13.5-18.0㎖ /g임), Ⅱ. 가교 결합제로서 물에서 희석될 수 없는 한가지 또는 여러가지의 차단된 폴리이소시아네이트 10-40중량%, 및 Ⅲ. 추가의 가교결합제로서 적어도 한가지의 아민 수지 2-30중량%(여기서 각 중량%는 수지 고체에 관한 것임).
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(A) 15-40중량%를 성분(B) 85-60중량%와 반응시켜 생성물(I)을 얻는 것이 특징인 코팅제.
  3. 제1또는 2항에 있어서, 반응 생성물(I)의 국한점도수가 14.5-16.5㎖/g인 것이 특징인 코팅제.
  4. 제1-3항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가교결합제(Ⅲ)가 한가지 또는 여러가지의 멜라민 수지로 구성된 것이 특징인 코팅제.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 멜라민 수지가 헥사메틸올형으로 된 것이 특징인 코팅제.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 멜라민 수지가 부분 알킬화된 멜라민 수지인 것이 특징인 코팅제.
  7. 제1-3항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가교결합제(Ⅲ)가 한가지 또는 여러가지의 벤조구안아민 수지로 구성된 것이 특징인 코팅제.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 벤조구안아민 수지를 테트라메틸올형에서 유도한 것이 특징인 코팅제.
  9. 제1-8항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 가교결합제(Ⅲ) 5-25중량%를 사용하는 것이 특징인 코팅제.
  10. 반응 생성물(Ⅰ)을 제조하기 위하여, 성분(A)을 성분 (A)의 차단된 이소시아네이트기의 차단기 제거 온도의 10-20°C이상의 온도에서 성분(B)와 반응시키는 것이 특징인 제1-9항중의 어느 한 항에 따른 코팅제의 제조방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 가교결합제(Ⅲ)를 첨가한 다음 분산상을 생성하기 전에 성분(I) 및 (Ⅱ)와 혼합하는 것이 특징인 제조방법.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 가교결합제(Ⅲ)를 수용성 또는 비수용성 형태로 성분(Ⅰ) 및(Ⅱ)의 수성 분산액에 첨가한 다음 그것과 혼합하는 것이 특징인 제조방법.
  13. 프라임된 지지체에 제1-9항중의 어느 한항에 따른 코팅제로 구성된 충전제층을 도포하고 스토빙후에 베이스 또는 표면 랙커층을 도포하는 것이 특징인 다층 랙커링 방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 충전제층 다음에 있는 프라이밍 및/또는 랙커층이 수희석성 코팅제를 기재로 하는 것이 특징인 다층 랙커링 방법.
  15. 제13 또는 14항에 있어서, 착색된 충전제층을 사용하는 것이 특징인 다층 랙커링 방법.
  16. 다음 랙커링 시스템에서 충전제층을 제조하기 위한 제1-9항중의 어느 한 항에 따른 코팅제의 용도.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 모터 차량을 랙커링할 때의 용도.
