Abstract
광파이버접속용 광코넥터는, 광파이버 및 안내핀을 위치결정하는 흠을 지닌 안내흠기판고, 상기 안내흠기판의 안내흠에 위치되는 상기 안내핀을 각각 덮는 흠부를 지닌 상부판과, 상기 상부판의 흠부에 있어서 상기 안내핀흠이 상기 안내핀과 접촉하는 분분보다 위쪽의 위치에 각각 설치된 안내핀탄성가압부재로 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다. 이러한 구성에 있어서, 적어도 상기 안내핀과 V홈 사이의 접촉점근방의 상기 안내홈기판의 상기 V홈에 산화막을 형성하는 것이 바람직하다, 또 광코넥터는, 기판과 상부판을 둘러싸는 동시에 그의 앞면 및 뒤면에 대항하는 한쌍의 개구부를 포함하는 수지성형부를 구비하고 있다

Claims (12)
- 광파이버 및 안내핀을 위치결정하는 흠을 지닌 안내홈기판고, 상기 안내홈기판의안내홈에 위치되는 상기 안내홈이 상기 안내핀과 접촉하는 부분보다 위쪽의 위치에 각각 설치된 안내핀탄성가아부재로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광파이버접속용 광코넥터
- 제1항에 있어서, 사기 상부기판의 상기 흠부의 상부면에 개구부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광파이버접속용 광코넥터
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 안내홈기판과 상기 상부판을 덮는 수지성형부를 포함하고, 상기 안내핀탄성가압부재는 상기 수지성형부와 동일한 수지재료로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 광파이버접속용 광코넥터
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 안내핀탄성가압부재가 상기 안내홈기판 및 상기 상부판과의 일괄적인 삽입성형에 의해 형성된 구조를 지니는 것을 특징으로 하는 광파이버접속용 광코넥터
- 안내핀 및 광파이버가 위치결정되어 고정되는 V홈을 지니고 실리콘으로 이루어진 접속부재와, 적어도 상기안내핀과 상기 V홈사이의 접촉점근방의 상기 접속부재의 상기 V홈상에 형성된 산화막으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광파이버접속용 광코넥터
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 산화막은 상기 V홈의 표면을 산화함으로써 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광파이버접속용 광코넥터
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 산화막을 두께는 0.01~2.0㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 결합용 광코넥터
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 안내핀은 세라믹으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 광파이버접속용 광코넥터
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 안내핀은 산화지르콘으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 광파이버접속용 광코넥터
- 광파이버를 위치결정하는 광파이버안내홈과 상기 광파이버안내홈이 노출되고 있는 노출영역을 지니고 딱딱하고 깨지기 수운 재료로 이루어진 아내부재와, 상기 안내부재를 둘러싸는 동시에 그 앞면 및 뒤면에 대항하는 한쌍의 개구부를 포함하여, 상기안내부재의 노출영역을 상기 앞면늬 개구부로부터 노출시키고 있는 수지성형부로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광파이버접속용 광코넥터
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 안내부재는 실리콘으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 광파이버접속용 광코넥터
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 수지성형부를 에폭시 수지로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 광파이버접속용 광코넥터※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임
