Abstract

예비 연신 필름은 상기 필름을 제공하기 위한 장치와 방법을 제공한다. 예비 연신 필름을 제조하기 위한 방법과 장치는 필름을 용융 원료로부터 형성하고, 필름을 냉각하며, 냉각 필름을 원료 용융점을 지나서 연신하며, 그내에 있는 장력을 줄이기 위해 연신된 필름을 완화하는 것을 포함한다.

예비 연신 필름을 제조하기 위한 방법 및 장치.

제1도는 본 발명의 기술에 따라 구성된 예비연신 필름을 제조하기 위한 본 발명의 방법을 사용하는 장치의 블록 개략도,
제2도는 예비 연신 필름이 공급되는 주위에서 외부형상을 형성하는 필렛과 같은 지지 구조물상에 배치된 유니트의 측단면도.

Claims (8)

  1. 예비 연신 플라스틱 필름을 제조하기가 위한 방법에 있어서, 필름을 용융재료로 부터 형성하는 단계와, 필름을 비용융 조건으로 냉각하는 단계와, 냉각필름을 원료 용융점을 지나서 연신하는 단계 및, 연신 필름을 그내에 있는 장력을 감소시키기 위해 완화하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 예비 연신 플라스틱 필름 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 완화 연신 필름의 를을 형성하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 예비 연신 플라스틱 필름 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필름은 대기 온도와 거의 동일한 온도로 냉각되는 것을 특징으로 하는 예비 연신 플라스틱 필름 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필름은 장기간 회복 특성을 제거하기 위해 충분히 완화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 예비 연신 플라스틱 필름 제조방법.
  5. 제1항에 한정된 공정에 의해 제조되는 예비 연신 필름.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 냉각 필름은 대략0.29mil의 두께로 연신되고 대략 0.38mil의 두께로 완화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 예비연신 플라스틱 필름 제조방법.
  7. 예비 연신 플라스틱 필름을 제조하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 용융 재료의 필름을 형성하는 수단과, 용융 필름을 빙점비용융 형상으로 냉각하기 위한 수단과, 재료의 탄성과 플라스틱 연신을 얻기 위한 결빙 필름을 연신하기 위한 수단 및, 탄성연신을 줄이기 위해 연신 필름으로 장력을 완화하기 위한 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 예비 연신 플라스틱 필름 제조장치.
  8. 용융 플라스틱 재료로부터 형성된 패키징 랩핑등을 위한 예비 연신 필름에 있어서, 결빙 분자 구조를 갖는 플라스틱 재료와, 재료의 냉각 결빙형상에 대응이동하는 분자 구조와, 물리적으로 연신되어 배열된 분자 구조 및, 전체 변형 부분을 회복하기 위해 충분한 물리적 연신후에 완화되는 분자 구조를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 예비 연신필름.
