제1도는 본 발명의 제1실시예에 따른 리드형상 계측장치의 시스템 구성 설명도.
제2도는 제1도에 나타낸 시스템에 의한 일계측방식을 설명하기 위한 외부리드상의 확대도.
제3도는 제1도에 나타낸 시스템에 의한 다른 계측방식을 설명하기 위한 외부리드상의 확대도.
제4도는 제2도, 제3도에 나타낸 계측방식의 원리설명도.

Claims (12)

  1. 피계측 외부리드를 경사진 방향으로부터 촬상하는 제1경사촬상장치와, 상기 피계측 외부리드를 상기 제1경사촬상장치와 동일 촬상시야를 포함하도록 해당 제1경사촬상장치와는 다른 경사방향으로부터 촬상하는 제2경사 촬상장치, 상기 제1경사촬상장치의 촬상에 의한 화상평면내에 있어서 상기 피계측 외부리드의 2개 능선과 교차하는 가상직선의 해당2개의 교점간 선분의 중점을 계측 샘플링점으로서 결정하는 제1계측점 특정수단 및, 상기 제2경사촬상장치의 촬상에 의한 화상평면내에있어서 상기 제1경사촬상장치으 l상기 계속 샘플링점을 투영한 때의 시선체 기초하여 에피플라 라인을 설정하고, 해당 에피폴라 라인에 존재함과 동시에 해당 화상평면내에서 상기 피계측 외부리드의 2개 능선과 교차하는 가상직선의 해당2개 교점간 선분의 중점으로 되는 점을 상기 제1화상평면내의 상기 계측샘플링점과 동일한 점으로서 특정되는 제2계측점 특정수단을 구비하여 구성되고, 상기 계측 샘플리점을 복수 특정하여 그 각3차원 좌표를 구하고, 그3차원좌표들에 기초하여 상기 피계측 외부리드의 3차원 형상을 계측하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 리드형상 계측장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제1, 제2계측점 특정수단을 이용하여 피계측 외부리드의 윤곽선을 인색대상능선으로서 취급하는 수단을 구비하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 리드형상 계측장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 제1, 제2계측점 특정수단을 이용하여 피계측 외부리드의 축연선을 인식대상능선으로서 취급하는 수단을 구비하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 리드형상 계측장치.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항에 있어서, 피계측 외부리드와 제1,제2경사촬상장치와 상대 위치관계를 가변으로 하는 위치조절수단을 구비하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 리드형상 계측장치.
  5. 제1항 내지 제3항에 있어서, 피계측 외부리드를 그 실제상으로부터 촬상하는 상면촬상장치와 해당 상면촬상장치의 촬상에 의한 화상평면내에서 상기 피계측 외부리드의 수평방향의 2차원 형상을 계측하는 2차원 계측수단을 구비하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 리드형상 계측장치.
  6. 피계측 외부리드를 경사진 방향으로부터 촬상하는 제1경사촬상장치와, 상기 피계측 외부리드를 상기 제1경사촬상장치와 동일 촬상시야를 포함하도록 해당 제1경사촬상장치와는 다른 경사방향으로부터 촬상하는 제2경사촬상장치, 상기 피계측 외부리드에 있어서 상기 촬상시야내에 들어있는 부위 점 또는 선 및 그들의 조합으로부터 이루어진 계측용 도형을 투영하는 레이저 투광수단 및, 상기 제1촬상장치의 촬상에 의한 화상평면도와 상기 제2촬상장치의 촬상에 의한 화상평면과의 양쪽에 대해서 동일점으로 된 계측 샘플링저울 상기 계측용 도형을 이용하여 특정하는 계측점 특정수단을 구비하여 구성되고, 상기 계측용 샘플링점을 복수 설정하여 그 각각 3차원 좌표를 구하고, 그 3차원 좌표들에 기초하여 상기 피계측 외부리드의 3차원 형상을 계측하는 리드형상 계측장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 레이저 투광수단을 이용하여 계측용 도형이 선형상을 나타내도록 해당 계측용 도형을 투형함과 동시에 그 선형상 투영을 복수 열형성하는 수단을 구비하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 리드형상 계측장치.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 레이저 투광수단을 이용하여 계측용 도형이 십자형 상을 나타내도록 해당 계측용 투광하는 수단을 구비하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 리드형상 계측장치.
  9. 제6항 내지 제8항에 있어서, 피계측 외부리드와의 상대위치관계를 가변으로 하는 위치조절수단을 구비하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 리드형상 계측장치.
  10. 제6항 내지 제8항에 있어서, 계측용 도형을 이용하여 점을 투형하는 레이저 스포트 투광기를 레이저 투광수단으로서 갖추고, 제1경사촬상장치의 촬상에 의한 화상평면과 제2경사촬상장치의 촬상에 의한 화상평면과의 양쪽에 대해 상기 계측용 점도형을 계측 샘플링점을 이용하여 결정하는 수단을 계측용 특정수단으로서 구비하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 리드형 형상 계측장치.
  11. 제6항 내지 제8항에 있어서, 계측용 도형을 이용하여 선을 투영하는 레이저슬릿 투광기를 레이저 투광수단으로서 갖추고, 제1시시촬상장치의 촬상에 의한 화상평면내에서 상기 계측용 선도형 상의 1점을 계측 샘플링점으로서 결정하고, 제2경사촬상장치의 촬상에 의한 화상평면내에서 상기 제1경사촬상장치의 상기 계측샘플리점을 투영하는때의 시선에 기초하여 에피폴라 라인을 설정하며, 해당 에피폴라 라이노가 상기 계측용 선도형과의 교점을 상기 제1화상평면내의 상기 계측새플링점과 동일한 점을 이용하여 특정파는 수단을 계측점 특정수단으로서구비하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 리드형상 계측장치.
  12. 제6항 내지 제8항에 있어서, 피계측 외부리드를 그 실제상으로부터 촬사하는 상면촬상장치와 해당 상면촬상장치의 촬상에 의한 화상평면내에서 상기 피계측장치 외부리드의 수평방향의 2차원 형상을 계측하는 2차원 계측수단을 구비하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 리드형상 계측장치.
