Claims (13)

  1. 액상에서 암모니아와 과산화수소의 산화반응으로 얻고 또한 촉매가 실리콘, 티타늄, 산소로 구성되며 결정체 또는 비정질체 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 히드록실아민 제조 직접촉매법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 촉매가 제1형 티타늄-규소산화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 직접 촉매법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 촉매가 제2형 티타늄-규소산화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 직접 촉매법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 촉매가 혼합 비정질 산화물 SiO2-TiO2인 것을 특징으로 하는 직접 촉매법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 암모니아는 35내지 1중량%의 농도로 기체 또는 수용액형태로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 직접 촉매법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 과산화수소는 70-1중량%(특히 35-1%)의 수용액형태로 공급되며 산화반응을 유기용매, 물 또는 물과 유기용매의 혼합물이 있는 곳에서 실행하고 유기용매는 1내지 6탄소원자의 지방족 및 고리지방족 알코올과 또한 5내지 8탄소원자의 지방족 및 방향족 탄화수소중에서 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 직접 촉매법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 용매를 메탄올, 에탄올, 프로판올, n-부탄올, 이소-부탄올, ter-부탄올, ter-아밀알코올 시클로헥산올과 톨루엔 중에서 선택하고 용매가 물의 비율은 0.5내지 200특히 4내지 50부피비가 바람직한 것을 특징으로 하는 직접 촉매법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 산화 온도범위는 25내지 150℃ 특히 40내지 120℃ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 직접 촉매법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 촉매의 입자크기분포가 5내지 100마이크론이고 촉매의 양은 용액 100g당 0.1내지 40g (특히 1-l0g)인 것을 특징으로 하는 직접 촉매법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 압력은 1내지 20바아이고 반응은 질소나 아르곤같은 불활성기체 분위기와 함께 암모니아 분위기에서 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 직접 촉매법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 암모니아; 과산화수소의 몰비율은 200 내지 0.5 (특히 160내지 0.9)인 것을 특징으로 하는 직접 촉매법.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 등온 슬러리 반응기내에서 연속식 또는 준연속식으로 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 직접촉매법.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 다공성 캔들(candle)로된 여과요소가 갖추어진 등온 슬러리 반응기속에서 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 직접 촉매법.
