Claims (13)
- 폴리히드릭 화합물을 함유하는 방향족 폴리아민의 수용액을 다공성 지지보강물질상에 도포 적용하고; 과량의 용액을 제거하고; 도포된 다공성 지지보강 물질을 방향족 폴리카르복시산 할라이드의 유기용매용액과 접촉시켜 상기 다공성 지지물질의 표면상에 계면축합반응산물을 형성시키고; 결과의 합성물을 내염소성 반투막을 형성하는 경화조건하에서 경화시킴에 의하여 제조되는, 내염소성 반투막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 경화조건이 20-150℃의 온도에서 10분-2시간 동안 처리하는 것임을 특징으로 하는, 내염소성 반투막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방향족 폴리아민이 m-페닐렌디아민, 4-클로로페닐렌디아민, 5-클로로페닐렌디아민, 및 그 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는, 내염소성 반투막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방향족 폴리카르복시산할라이드가 이소프탈로일 클로라이드, 트리메조일 클로라이드 및 테레프탈로일 클로라이드로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는, 내염소성 반투막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리히드릭 화합물이 에틸렌글리콜, 글리세린, 프로필렌글리콜 및 폴리에틸렌 글리콜로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는, 내염소성 반투막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수용액이 산수용체를 함유하는 것임을 특징으로 하는, 내염소성 반투막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수용액의 pH가 9-11인 것을 특징으로 하는, 내염소성 반투막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 경화막이 알칼리 화합물을 세척처리 되어진 것임을 특징으로 하는, 내염소성 반투막.
- 제8항에 있어서, 경화막이 20-100℃ 범위의 온도에서 세척되어진 것임을 특징으로 하는, 내염소성 반투막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반투막이 알칼리 화합물과의 세척처리후 침출처리 되어진 것임을 특징으로 하는, 내염소성 반투막.
- 제10항에 있어서, 침출처리가 20-100℃의 온도에서 아황산수소나트륨의 존재하에 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 내염소성 반투막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반투막이 침출처리후 막상에 코딩을 형성하도록 폴리히드릭 화합물과 함께 처리된 것을 특징으로 하는, 내염소성 반투막.
- 폴리히드릭 화합물 및 산수용체를 함유하는 방향족 폴리아민의 수용액을 다공성 지지보강물질상에 도포적용하고; 과량의 용액을 제거하고; 상기 다공성 지지물질의 표면상에 계면축합 반응산물이 형성되도록, 상기 도포된 다공성 지지물질을 방향족 폴리카르복시산 할라이드의 유기용매 용액과 접촉시키고; 결과의 합성물을 경화조건에서 경화시키고; 경화된 막을 높은 온도 및 pH에서 알칼리 화합물로 세척하고; 세척된 합성물을 고온에서 아황산수소나트륨과 함께 침출시키고; 침출처리된 합성물을 폴리히드릭 화합물과 함께 처리하고; 결과의 내염소성 반투막을 회수하는 것으로 구성된, 내염소성 반투막의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
