Claims (11)
- 다공성 지지보강물질 및, 그위에 지지된, 방향족 고리상에 염소 치환체를 함유하는 방향족 폴리아민과 방향족 폴리카르복시산 클로라이드의 반응에 의하여 형성된 계면중합 축합반응 생성물로 구성되는 내염소성 반투막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 방향족 고리상에 염소치환체를 함유하는 방향족 폴리아민이 4-클로로-m-페닐렌디아민, 5-클로로-m-페닐렌디아민 및 그 혼합물로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 내염소성 반투막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 방향족 폴리카르복시산 클로라이드가 트리메조일 클로라이드, 이소프탈로일 클로라이드, 테레프탈로일 클로라이드 및 그 흔합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 내염소성 반투막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 계면중함 축합반응 생성물내에서 방향족 고리상에 염소치환체를 함유하는 방향족 폴리아민과 방향족 폴리카르복시산 클로라이드의 중량비가 0. 1 : 1내지 40:1 인것을 특징으로 하는 내염소성 반투막.
- 방향족 고리상에 염소치환제를 함유하는 방향족 폴리아민과 수용액을 다공성 지지보강물질상에 적용하고 과량의 수용액을 제거한다음, 폴리아민 도포 지지물질을 방향족 폴리카르복시산 클로라이드의 유기용매용액과 접촉시켜 그 지지보강물질 상에 계면중합 축합반응 생성물 막을 헝성시키고, 결과의 합성뭍을 경화시켜 회수함을 특징으로 하는 내염소성 반투막의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 합성물의 경화가 25-150℃의 온도에서 10분-2시간 동안 행하여지는 것임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 방향족 고리상에 염소치환체를 함유하는 방향족 폴리아민이 4-클로로-m-페닐렌 디아민, 5-클로로-m-폐닐렌 디아민및 그 흔합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 방향족 폴리카르복시산 클로라이드가 이소프탈로일 클로라이드, 테레프탈로일 클로라이드, 트리메조일 클로라이드및 그 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된것임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 방향족 고리상에 염소치환체를 함유하는 방향족 플리아민의 수용액이 이온성 또는 비이온성 계면활성재를 함유하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 방향족 고리상에 염소치환체를 함유하는 방향족 폴리아민의 수용액이 유기응매도 포함하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 염수를 상기 청구범위 제1항의 내염소성 반투막의 한변에 접촉시키고 상기 막의 반대면으로부터 탈염수를 투과물로서 회수함을 특징으로 하는 염수의 탈염방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
