Claims (2)
- 밀폐용기의 내부에 전동기와 이 전동기로 구동하는 압축기구를 배설하여, 이 압축기구를, 고정경판위에 고정소용돌이날개를 형성한 고정소용돌이 날개부품과, 상기 고정소용돌이 날개와 맞물려 복수개의 압축작업공간을 형성하는 선회소용돌이날개를 선회경판위에 형성한 선회 소용돌이날개부품과, 이 선회소용돌이날개부품의 자전을 방지해서 선회만을 시키는 자전구속부품과 상기 소용돌이날개부품을 선회구동하는 크랭크축을 포함해서 구성하고, 상기 압축기구의 토출구 또는 그 근처의 압축기체의 통출통로에, 중력 또는 스프링에 의해 토출밸브시이트와 이 토출밸브시이트를 개폐하는 토출밸브체와의 간격을 벌리는 방향으로 부세하는 동시에 이토출밸브체의 주위에 토출기체의 통로를 형성한 토출체크밸브를 설치한 압축기의 흡입통로, 또는 이 압축기를 탑재한 냉동기의 흡입통로에 액체를 일시적으로 다량 저류하는 축압기를 설치해서 이루어진 냉동기의 시동시에, 일시적으로, 상기 압축기의 표준적인 회전속도보다도 낮은 회전속도로, 상기 압축기의 정유의 회전 방향반대의 방향으로 회전시킨후에, 정규의 회전 방향으로 회전시켜서 시동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크로울압축기의 시동방법.
- 밀폐용기의 내부에 전동기와, 이 전동기로 구동하는 압축기구를 배설하여, 상기 압축기구를, 고정경판위에 고정소용돌이날개를 형성한 고정소용돌이 날개부품과, 상기 고정소용돌이 날개와 맞물려 복수개의 압축작업공간을 형성하는 선회소용돌이날개를 선회경판위에 형성한 선회 소용돌이날개부품과, 이 선회소용돌이날개부품의 자전을 방지해서 선회만을 시키는 자전구속부품과, 상기 소용돌이날개부품을 선회구동하는 크랭크축을 포함해서 구성하고, 상기 압축기구의 흡입구 또는 이 압축기를 탑재한 냉동기의 흡입통로에, 중력 또는 스프링에 의해서 흡입밸브시이트와 이 흡입밸브시이트를 개폐하는 흡입밸브체와의 간격을 벌리는 방향으로 부세하는 동시에 이 흡입밸브체의 주위에 흡입기체의 통로를 형성한 흡입체크밸브를 설치한 압축기 또는 이 압축기를 탑재한 냉동기의 흡입체크밸브의 상류의 흡입통로에 액체를 일시적으로 다량 저류하는 축압기를 설치해서 이루어진 냉동기의 시동시에, 일시적으로, 표준적인 회전속도보다도 낮은 회전속도로, 상기 압축기의 정규의 회전 방향과 반대의 방향으로 회전시킨후에, 정규의 회전 방향으로 회전시켜서 시동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크로울압축기의 시동방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
