Claims (5)
- 밀폐용기내에 회전축과 일체적으로 회전하는 로우터를 갖는 구동용 전동기와 상기 회전축의 한쪽을 지지하는 상부지지벽 및 하부지지벽, 이 상부지지벽과 하부지지벽의 사이에 고정되어 내부에 압축실을 갖는 실린더, 상기 압축실내에 위치하여 편심해서 상기 회전축과 일체적으로 회전하는 로울링 피스톤을 구비하고, 상기 실린더에 상기 압축실로 냉매가스를 송풀하는 흡입관과 상기 상축실에서 냉매가스를 송출밸브를 거쳐서 송출하여 상기 상부지지벽의 열림구멍과 연통하는 밸브실을 구비한 밀폐형 회전식 압축기에 있어서, 상기 로우터와 상기 상부지지벽 사이에 상기 로우터와 일체적으로 회전하는 회전체를 마련하고, 이 회전체에 상기 상부지지벽의 상기 열림 구멍의 열림구멍끝을 막는 폭이 넓은부와 상기 열림구멍끝을 막지 않는 폭이 좁은 부를 마련하고, 상기 송출밸브가 열리기 직전까지 상기폭이 넓은부가 상기 열림구멍끝을 막도록 상기 회전체의 상기 로우터로의 부착각과 상기 로울링 피스톤의 상기 회전축으로의 편심시키는 쪽을 대응시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 회전식 압축기.
- 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서, 상부지지벽과 하부지지벽 사이에 실린더를 고정하는 고정구를 상부지지벽의 열림구멍끝을 갖는 면보다 돌출시키지 않도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 회전식 압축기.
- 특허청구의 범위 제2항에 있어서, 상부지지벽의 열림구멍끝을 갖는 측에 마련한 오목한 곳내에서 고정구가 돌출시키지 않도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 회전식 압축기.
- 특허청구의 범위 제3항에 있어서, 고정구를 볼트와 너트에 의해 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 회전식 압축기.
- 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서, 회전체에 균형추 작용을 갖게한것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 회전식 압축기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
