Claims (9)

  1. 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 벤젠 유도체 :
    상기식에서, n은 1내지 7이고, Q는 -CO 또는 -(CH2)r-(이때 r은 1 내지 5이다)이고, s는 0,1 또는 2이고, t는 0 또는 1이며, 이때 s+t≥1이고, X는 F, Cl, -CF3,-CN, -OCF3또는 -OCHF2이고, Y,L 및 Z는 각각 서로 독립적으로 H 또는 F이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, n이 1이고, Q가 -(CH2)r-임을 특징으로 하는 벤젠 유도체.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, X가 CN이고, Y가 F이며, Z가 H임을 특징으로 하는 벤젠 유도체.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, X가 F, Cl, -CF3, 또는 -OCHF2또는 -OCF3임을 특징으로 하는 벤젠 유도체.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, Y 및 Z가 H임을 특징으로 하는 벤젠 유도체.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, Y 가 F이고, Z가 H임을 특징으로 하는 벤젠 유도체.
  7. 전광 디스플레이용 액정 매질의 성분으로서의 제1항에 따른 일반식(Ⅰ)의 벤젠 유도체의 용도.
  8. 적어도 하나의 성분이 제1항에 따른 일반식(Ⅰ)의 벤젠 유도체 임을 특징으로 하는, 적어도 2개의 액정 성분을 갖는 전광 디스플레이용 액정 매질.
  9. 액정 쎌이 제8항에 따른 매질을 함유함을 특징으로 하는, 액정 쎌을 기본으로 한 전광 디스플레이.
