제1도는 본 발명에 의한 정제의 제조방법을 수행하는 가능성을 도시한 것으로, 점성 물질은 개구를 통해 하향 유동하고 개구아래로 통과하여 작동하는 표면에 의해 수용되며; 제2도는 개구에서 적제형성을 개시하는 제1단계를 도시한 것으로, 표면의 점착운동이 뒤따르며; 제3도는 제2단계를 도시한 것으로, 개구를 통해 관통하는 부분 물질은 표면으로부터 측면으로 분리된다.

Claims (14)

  1. 액체 점성물질이 작은 개구를 통과하여 이동운반장치 표면상에서 냉각되는 적제형 분량을 형성함으로써 그들이 고체상태를 취하는 정제의 제조방법에 있어서, 분량이 운반장치표면과 주기적으로 직접 접촉함으로써 물질을 기공으로부터 추출하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정제의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 개구가 간헐적으로 개폐되고 운반장치의 표면이 개구를 연속적으로 통과하여 작동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정제의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항 및 제2항에 있어서, 운반장치가 개구아래서 작동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정제의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 액체 점성물질이 서로 집중적이고 회전관계로 배열된 2개의 실린더 관체(1,2)의 내부에 축상으로 운반되고, 상기 관체중 하나는 그 주변에 분포된 통로개구가 설치되고 다른 관체(2)에 따라 회전하며, 후자는 실린더 표면적(2a)에만 통로개구(4)가 설치되고 이 통로개구(4)는 운반장치표면과 접촉하고 제1관체(1)의 개구(3)와 주기적으로 일선상이 되도록 배열되는 방법을 수행하는 장치에 있어, 운반장치 표면(5)이 외부관체(1)의 원주(1′)와 거의 접촉하고 운동(6)방향으로 개구(3)를 관통하는 물질을 실어 작동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 운반장치표면은 특히 강철운반장치에 있어서 그 아래에서 냉각되는 운반장치 벨트의 표면에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 운반장치표면은 외부관체(1)로 부터 작은 거리에서 유도되는 냉각로울러의 원주면에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 운반장치벨트(5)와 외부관체(1)의 원주(1′)간의 작은 거리가 조절가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  8. 제4항에 있어서, 내부관체(2)는 고정하고 외부관체가 회전하는 한편, 관체(1,2)는 운반방향(6)으로 그 원주가 외부관체(1)와 거의 접촉하는 방식으로 운반장치벨트상에 위치한 실감는 회전형 로울러(7)에 의해 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 실감는 로울러(7) 외구관체(1)보다 빠른 속도로 회전하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  10. 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 실감는 로울러(7)가 외부관체(1)와 동일한 속도로 회전하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  11. 제8항에 있어서, 실감는 로울러(7)에 가열수단이 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 가열수단이 열교환기와 함께 내부에서 순환하는 실감는 로울러(7)내의 채널(9)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, 가열수단(9)이 전기 히터 로드로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  14. 제6항에 있어서, 냉각 로울러가 내부에서 냉각되어 외부관체(1)보다 상당히 큰 직경을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
