제1도는 본 발명이 실시예인 뱅크 전환회로를 나타낸 회로도이다,
제2도는 본 발명이 적용될 수 있는 게임장치의 일예를 나타낸 사시도이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 데이터 처리장치에 착탈 자유롭게 장착되는 메모리 카트리지이며, 외부 RAM, 전술한 외부 RAM 액세스 가능한 것을 나타낸 제1의 키 데이터를 발생하도록 미리 프로그램되어 있는 프로그램 ROM, 전술한 프로그램 ROM에서 판독된 전술한 제1의 키 데이터를 보유하기 위한 보유수단 및 전술한 보유수단에 의해서 전술한 제1의 키 데이터가 보유되어 있을때 전술한 데이터 처리장치에서의 선택신호에 응답하여 전술한 외부 RAM을 능동화하는 제어수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 메모리 카트리지.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 전술한 프로그램 ROM은 또한 전술한 외부 RAM 에서의 액서스를 금지하는 제2의 키 데이터를 발생하도록 미리 프로그램되어 있고, 전술한 제2의 키 데이터가 전술한 보유수단에 보유되었을때 전술한 외부 RAM을 불능동하기 위한 제2제어수단을 또한 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 메모리 카트리지.
