Claims (1)

  1. 랜덤 액세스포트와 시리얼 액세스포트로 이루어진 듀얼포트를 갖고있는 반도체 기억장치에 있어서, 전기 시리얼 엑세스포트를 판독동작에 사용하도록 설정하는 판독모드 설정수단과, 전기시리얼 엑세스포트를 써넣기 동작으로 사용하도록 설정하는 써넣기모드 설정수단과, 하나의 신호를 발생하는 신호발생수단과, 전기발생된 하나의 신호에 응답하여, 설정되고 있는 전기시리얼 액세스포트의 모드를 절환하도록 전기판독모드 설정수단과 전기써넣기모드 설정수단과를 제어하는 제어수단과를 설비한, 반도체 기억장치이다.
