제1도는 엔진과 주변장치와 관련하여 설치된 본 발명에 따른 엔진제어 장치를 보여주는 개략도. 제2도는 촉매전 환로듐이 예열되는 동안에 점화시기가 전체점화 사이클에서 지연되고 또 점화시기가 간헐적으로 지연되는 경우의 방출물 온도의 증가률과 방출물의 감소률을 표시하는 특성 그래프.
Claims (18)
- 내연기관의 작동상태를 검출하는 냉동작동 상태 검출수단,엔진작동 상태 검출수단에 의해 검출된 엔진 작동상태를 토대로 한 적당한 공기연료비를 얻기 위해 적당한 연료분사량을 결정하는 연료분사량 결정수단, 상기 엔진에서 발생한 방출을 정화하기 위해 상기 엔진에 연결된 배기 파이프내에 위치한 촉매, 상기 촉매는 방출을 효과적으로 정화하는 작동온도로 촉매의 온도가 되었는지를 결정하는 온도상태 결정수단, 상기 촉매온도와 상기 작동온도보다 낮은 온도상태 결정수단에 따라 결정된 연료량을 조절하여 결정된 연료량이 상기 공기 연료비에 따라 리치양과 린양을 교대로 조절하는 조절수단등을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 엔진 상태 검출수단은 흡공압을 검출하는 흠입 공압센서와 엔진 횐전속도를 검출하는 엔진회전속도 센서를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 소정의 시간주기가 상기 엔진의 시동으로 부터 경과 되었는지늘 결정하는 타이머수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한느 내연기관제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 온도상태 결정수단은 엔진 냉각액 온도가 소정의 값이 되었는지를 결정하기 위해 엔진 냉각액 온도를 검출하는 엔진 냉각액 온도센서를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조절수단은 모든 분사사이클마다 리치양 조절로 부터 린량조종까지 상기 결정된 연료량을 바꾸는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관 제어장치.
- 내연기관의 작동상태를 검출하는 엔진작동상태 검출수단, 엔진작동상태 검출수단에 의해 검출된 엔진 작동 상태를 토대로한 상기 엔진의 적당한 점화시간을 결정하는 점화시각 결정수단, 상기 엔진으로 부터 발생한 방출을 정화하기 위해 상기 엔진에 연결된 배기파이프내에 위치한 촉매, 상기 촉매가 방출을 효과적으로 정화 하수 있는 작동온도로 상기 촉매의 온도가 되는지를 결정하는 온도 상태 결정수단, 촉매온도가 작동온도보다 낮은 온도상태 결정수단의 결정을 따라 결정된 점화시기를 간헐적으로 지연시키는 지연수단등을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관 제어장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 지연수단은 모든 다른 점화사이클마다 결정된 점화시기를 지연시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관 제어장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 엔진상태 검출수단은 흡입공압을 검출하는 흡입 공압센서와 엔진회전속도를 검출하는 엔진 회전속도 센서를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관제어장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기온도상태 결정수단은소정의 시간주기가 상기 엔진의 시동으로부터 경과되었는지를 결정하느 타이머수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관 제어장치.

- 제11항에 있어서, 연료부사결정수단은 이론적 연료비를 얻기 위해 상기 연료분사량을 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관 제어장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 내연작동상태 검출수단은 흡입공압을 검출하는 흡입공압센서 및 엔진회전속도를 검출하는 엔진회전속도센서를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관 제어장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 온도 상태결정수단은 소정의 시간주기가 상기 엔진의 시동으로 부터 경과되었는지를 결정하는 타이머수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관 제어장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 온도상태결정수단은 엔진 냉각액온도가 소정의 값이 되었는지를 결정하기 위해 엔진 냉각액 온도를 검출하는 엔진냉각액 온도센서를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관 제어장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 지연수단은 상기 결정된 연료량이 상기 린량을 조절할때 엔진토오크를 증가시키기 위해 제1소정의 값까지 상기 결정된 점화시각을 지연시키는 제1지연수단과 상기 결정된 연료량이 상기 리치량으로 조절될때 상기 엔진토오크를 감소하기 위해 제1소정의 각보다 큰 제2소정의 각까지 상기 결정된 점화시각을 지연시키는 제2지연수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관 제어장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 지연수단은 상기 결정된 연료량이 리치량으로 조절될때만 상기 결정된 점화시각을 지연시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관 제어장치.
- 내연기관의 작동상태를 검출하는연료분사량 결정장치, 상기 엔진 작동상태 검출수단에 의해 검출된 엔진작동상태를 토대로 한 이론적 공기 연료비에 대해 적당한 연료분사량을 결정하는 연료분사량 검출장치, 상기 엔진작동상태 검출수단에 의해 검출된 엔진 작동상태를 토대로 한 상기 엔진의 적당한 점화시각을 결정하는 점화시각 결정수단, 상기 엔진으로 부터 발생한 방출을 정화하기 위해 상기 엔진에 연결된 배기 파이프내에 위치한 촉매 상기 촉매가 방출을 효과적으로 정화할수 있는 작동온도로 촉매의 온도가 되었나를 결정하는 온도상태 결정수단, 상기촉매온도가 작동온도보다 낮은 상기 온도 상태결정수단의 결정에 따라 결저된 연료량을 조절하여 상기 결정된 온도가 제1소정의 간격으로 이론 연료비에 대해 리치량과 린량을 교대로 조절하는 조절수단, 상기 촉매온도가 작동온도보다 낮은 동안 상기 제1간격보다 짧은 제2소정의 간격으로 상기 결정된 점화 시각을 지연시키는 지연수단들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관 제어장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
