반 능동적 서스펜션의 조절방법

제1도는 4개의 진동댐퍼를 구비한 서스펜션의 설명도, 제2도는 상대속도센서가 일체화 되어있는 조절가능한 진도댐퍼의 구조도, 제3도는 서스펜션 제어부의 블록도.

Claims (13)

  1. 제어가능한 밸브가 마련되어 있는 조절가능한 진동댐퍼를 구비하며, 구조물과 휠 질량간의 상대속도와, 구조물가속도 또는 구조물속도, 또는 구조물가속도 및 구조물속도를 측정 또는 결정하여 감쇄력에 대한 조절량을 발생하기 위한 조절기의 입력량을 형성하는, 반능동적 서스펜션의 조절방법에 있어서, 상기 조절기(RG)가 도로 여진(XE)을 일과성과 주기성 도로여진(XE)으로 구별하여 인식하는 단계와, 일과성 도로여진(XE)일 경우 상기 조절기(RG)는 감쇄력(D)에 대한 조절량의 형성을 위해 스카이후크-알고리즘 혹은 후앙-알고리즘에 따라 조절기 출력량(IR)을 발생하는 단계와, 주기적 도로여진(XE)일 경우 조절기(RG)에서는, 구조물가속도(aa)의 부호가 장파형 도로여진(XE)을 정의하는 주기(TL)내에서 변동하지 않을 때 장파형 여진의 식별이 행하여지고, 경질감쇄로의 절환을 위한 절환신호의 시간간격(T)이 단파형 도로여진(XE)을 정의하는 주기 (IK)의 절반과 같아지게 될때 단파형 여진의 식별이 행하여지는 단계와, T〈(TK)일때 감쇄력(D)을 연질특성으로 절환하기 위한 조절기 출력량(IR)을, 그리고 도로여진(XE)의 장파형 여진으로 식별시에는 감쇄(D)을 경질특성으로 절환하기 위한 조절기출력량(IR)을 발생하는 단계와, 주기적 도로여진 (XE)일 경우 혹은 단파형이나 장파형의 여진을 인식하지 못할 경우 상기 조절기는 일과정 도로여진 (XE)에 대한 조절알고리즘에 따른 조절기 출력량(IR)을 제공하는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 반능동적 서스펜션의 조절방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조절기(RG)는 후암-알고리즘에 따라, 구조물가속도(2a)와 상대속도(Vrel)의 곱이 제로보다 클때 상기 삼쇄력(D)이 경질특성으로 절환되고, 상기 곱이 제로 이하일때 상기 감쇄력(D)이 연질특성으로 절환되거나 유지되도록, 조절기 출력량(TR)을 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반능동적 서스펜션의 조절방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조절기(RG)는 스카이후크-알고리즘에 따라, 구조물속도(VR)와, 구조물속도(Va)와 수직방향의 휠 속도(VR)간의 곱이 제로보다 클 때 상기 감쇄력(D)이 경질특성으로 절환되고, 상기 곱이 제로 이하일때 상기 감쇄력(D)이 연질특성으로 절환되거나 유지되도록, 조절기 출력량(IR)을 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반능동적 서스펜션의 조절방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 장파형 주기적 도로여진(XE)을 일차적으로 인식한 후, 상기 감쇄력(D)은, 구조물가속도(aa)의 첫번째 부호변경후 자연시간(△T)동안 절환되지 아니하고 경질특성으로 유지되는 것을 특징으로 반능동적 서스펜션의 조절방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지연시간(△T)의 크기는 차량의 주행속도 (v)에 의존하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반능동적 서스펜션의 조절방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 차량속도(v)가 클때 상기 지연시간(T)이 긴 것을 특징으로 하는 반능동적 서스펜션의 조절방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 장파형 도로여진(XE)을 정의하는 주기(TK)또는 상기 지연시간 (T)은 상수로서 상기 조절기 (RG)내에 저장되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 반능동적 서스펜션의 조절방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중의 어느 항에 있어서, 감쇄력(D)의 조절량 (T)은 조절기 출력량(IH)과 보조 조절량의 조절량분량(IH)으로 부터 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반능동적 서스팬션의 조절방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 조절량(IH)은 차량속도, 스티어링가도 또는 브레이크작동의 보조 조절량(IH)으로 부터 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반능동적 서스펜션의 조절방법.
  10. 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 수평조절이 보조 조절량(IH)으로서 조절 사이클에 입력되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반능동적 서스펜션의 조절방법.
  11. 제1항 내지 제10항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 차량의 각 휠에 구조물가속도(aa) 및 상대속도(Vrel)의 검출용 센세가 장착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 반능동적 서스펜션의 조절방법.
  12. 제1항 내지 제10항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 구조물가속도(aa) 및 상대속도(Vrel)의 검출용 센서가 전방축에 만 장착되어 있으며, 후방축용 신호는 상기 전방축의 신호로부터 유도하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반능동적 서스펜션의 조절방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 후방축용 신호는 상기 전방축의 신호로 부터 지연시켜 유도하며, 상기 지연시간은 휠 간격과 차량속도(v)로 부터 산출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반능동적 서스펜션의 조절방법.
