Claims (7)
- 하기 일반식에 상응함을 특징으로 하는 블록 폴리에테르-아미드류:[상기 식에서, D는 Mn이 300~3000, 바람직하게는 500~2000인 이산 올리고아미드의 잔기 및/또는 이산 제한제의 잔기를 나타내고, PE는 Mn이 200~5000, 바람직하게는 200~2000인 폴리에테르디올의 잔기를 나타내고, X은 탄소수 4~20, 바람직하게는 탄소수 6~15의 직쇄 또는 측쇄(시클로)지방족 또는 방향족 탄화수소 사슬을나타내고 n은 1~4, 바람직하게는 1이며, m은 2~50, 바람직하게는 5~20의 정수이다.]
- 제1항에 있어서, 이산 올리고아미드가, 이산 사슬 제한제 또는 그의 염의 존재하에, 락탐 및/또는 아미노산 및 임의로 50중량%이하의 1종이상의 이산, 및 1종 이상의 디아민의 중합반응에 의해 수득되며, 바람직하게는 카프로락탐 및/또는 도데카락탐으로 부터 유래됨을 특징으로 하는 블록 폴리에테르-아미드류.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 폴리에테르디올이 PEG 및/또는 PPG 및/또는 PTMG 및/또는 에틸렌 글리콜 및/또는 프로필렌 글리콜 및/또는 부틸렌 글리콜의 랜덤 및/또는 블록 공중합체에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 블록 폴리에테르-아미드류.
- 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 고유점도가 0.6~2.5㎗/g, 바람직하게는 0.8~2㎗/g,유리하게는 1~1.8㎗/g임을 특징으로 하는 블록 폴리에테르-아미드류.
- a) 계면 또는 용액 중축합에 의해, 유리하게는 용융상태에서의 중축합에 의해, 이산 올리고아미드 및 폴리에테르디올을 중축합시키거나 또는 올리고아미드 단량체, 이산 사슬 제한제 및 폴리에테르디올을 중축합시킴으로써 하기 식의 다블록 생성물을 제조하고;b) (a)에서 수득된 다블록 생성물을 용융상태에서 식 NH2-X-NH2의 디아민, 바람직하게는 m-크실렌디아민 비스(4-아미노시클로헥실)메탄, 헥사메틸렌 디아민, 및/또는 도데카메틸렌디아민과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는, 제1 내지 4항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 블록 폴리에테르-아미드류의 2단계 형성방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 촉매를 방법 단계중의 어느 1단계 및/또는 나머지 1단계에서 상함을 특징으로 하는 합성방법.
- 성형 또는 압출품, 필름, 외장 및 복합재의 제조에 있어서 그들 자체로 또는 다른 중합체와의 혼합물로서 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 따른 블록 폴리에테르-아미드류의 용도.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
