Claims (29)
- 펜던트 아세토아세테이프 작용기를 함유하는 비닐 중합체 및 공기중 산소에 필름의 노출시 자유라디칼 플럭시를 생성하는 자동산화가능한 성분을 포함하는, 자체교차 결합성 필름형성 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속 건조제를 포함하는 필름형성 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 펜던트 아세토아세테이트 작용기를 함유하는 비닐중합체가 물 또는 물-공용매혼합물에 가용성이 필름형성 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 펜던트 아세토아세테이트 작용기를 함유하는 비닐중합체가 유화중합체 또는 분산 중합체인 필름형성 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 엔아민을 형성할 수 있는 몰과량(molar exess)의 암모니아 또는 1차아민과의 반응에 의하여 모든 펜던트 아세토아세테이트 작용기가 펜던트 엔아민작용기로 전환되어진, 내가수분해성, 필름형성 조성물
- 제5항에 있어서, 1차아민이 에탄올아민, 메틸아민, 이소프로필아민 및 그 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 것인 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 엔아민을 형성할 수 있는 몰과량의 암모니아 또는 1차아민과의 반응에 의하여 모든 펜던트 아세토아세테이트 작용기가 펜던트 엔아민 작용기로 전환되어진, 내가수분해성, 필름형성 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 1차아민이 에탄올아민, 메틸아민, 이소프로필아민 및 그 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 것인 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 알릴 아세토아세테이트, 아세토아세톡시에틸 메타크릴레이트, 아세톡아세톡시프로필 메타크릴레이트 및 아세토아세톡시부틸 메타크릴레이트로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 단량체의 중합에 의하여 펜던트 아세토아세테이트 작용기가 비닐 중합체에 혼입된 것인 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 비닐중합체가 0.5-100wt%의 아세토아세테이트 단량체를 함유하는 것인 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 비닐중합체가 1-40wt%의 아세토아세테이트 단량체를 함유하는 것인 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 펜던트 아세토아세테이트 작용기를 함유하는 비닐 중합체가 비수성 유기용매내 용액 중합체인 필름형성 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 자동산화가능한 성분이 하나 이상의 불포화 자리들을 갖는 것인 조성물.
- 제13항에 있어서, 자동산화가능한 성분이 불포화 지방산 또는 그 혼합물들인 조성물.
- 제14항에 있어서, 불포화 지방산이 둘 이상의 불포화자리들을 갖는 것인 조성물.
- 제14항에 있어서, 불포화 지방산이 조성물의 0.5-6wt%를 구성하는 조성물.
- 제13항에 있어서, 자동산화가능한 성분이 건성유이며 조성물의 0.5-15wt%를 구성하는 조성물.
- 제13항에 있어서, 자동산화가능한 성분이 알키드함유 건성유, 불포화 지방산의 에스테르, 알릴에테르 작용기 화합물, 알릴작용기 화합물 및 알키드 작용기 비누로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 것인 조성물.
- 제13항에 있어서, 자동산화가능한 성분이 폴리알릴 에테르인 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서 비닐중합체가 아세토아세톡시에틸 메타크릴레이트 또는 아크릴레이트의 단중합체 또는 공중합체인 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 자동산화가능한 성분이 비닐 중합체내로 혼입된 것인 조성물.
- 제21항에 있어서, 자동산화가능한 성분이 이소프렌이며 1-25%의 양으로 비닐 중합체에 혼입된 것인 조성물.
- 제21항에 있어서, 자동산화가능한 성분이 부타디엔, 크로틸 메타크릴레이트, 알릴 메타크릴레이트, 메타크롤레인 및 아크롤레인으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 것인 조성물.
- 펜던트 아세토아세테이트 작용기를 갖는 비닐 중합체, 및 0.5-10wt%의, 자유라디칼을 산출하는 과산화물 또는 과산화물들의 혼합물을 포함하는 필름형성 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 0.01-1wt%금속함량으로 금속건조제가 포함된 조성물.
- 제25항에 있어서, 금속건조제가 코발트염인 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 비닐 아세토아세테이트 중합체가 수용성 아세토아세테이트 중합체와 유화 아세토아세테이트 중합체 또는 분산 아세토아세테이트 중합체의 혼합물인 조성물.
- 제27항에 있어서, 산소부재 밀봉용기 내에서의 반응은 방지하되 필름내에서의 반응은 방지하지 않는 옥심이나 착물화제에 금속건조제가 착물화된 것인 단일팩 안정성 필름형성 조성물.
- 암모니아 또는 일차아민을 첨가하여 아세토아세테이트 작용기의 엔아민을 형성한 다음 엔아민 형성의 역전을 방지하는 조건하에서 결과의 조성물을 저장함에 의하여 사용전 아세토아세테이트 작용기의 가수분해를 방지함으로써, 물속에서 아세토아세테이트 작용기의 중합체를 안정화시키는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
