Claims (14)

  1. 금속분말, 금속칩, 금속섬유 또는 이들의 혼합물로 이루어지고 스패이서 (spacer)에 의하여 서로로 부터 일정거리를 유지하고 서로의 꼭대기 또는 서로의 뒤로 배열되는 압축주조되고(compression moulded)내 고온성을 가지며, 소결되는 필터 플레이트(filter plate)로 구성되는 필터체는 이들 사이에서 다수의 흐름통로를 만들고, 이 흐름통로는 한쪽에서는 열리고 다른 한쪽에서는 닫혀서 입구 출구통로를 형성하며, 필터 플레이트의 벽은 필터표면을 구성하는 입. 출구 통로 사이에 위치되어 특히 내연기관의 폐가스로 부터 부순물을 제거하기 위한 필터에 있어서, 상기 필터 플래이트는 서로의 꼭대기에 놓이는 필터 디스크(filter disc) (1)에 의하여 형성되고, 필터하우징(5)에서 정렬되며, 아울러 자유중아 내부공간(4)을 가지며, 상기 폐가스는 외측으로 부터 내측으로 또는 내측으로 부터 외측으로 향하여 상기 필터디스크를 통하여 흐르도록 한 것을 특징으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 필터(filter).
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 하나 이상의 공급통로(feed channel)(6)는 상기 필터하우징(5)와 필터디스크(1)의 주위벽과의 사이에 중간공간(7)속으로 열리고, 상기 중앙 내부공간은 폐가스통로(4.4')를 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서 상기 스페이서는 리브(2), 비드(3)와 같이 필터디스크(1) 속으로 주조되어 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 필타디스크(1)는 서로의 꼭대기에 놓이는 필터디스크에 대하여 스페이서를 형성하고올라간 부분과 내려간 부분을 가지는 파형을 형성하도록 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항에 있어서, 상기 스패이서(2,3)는 방사상 방향에서 가이드블레이드와 같이 커브지고, 공급 통로(6)는 방사상 방향에 관하여 경사진 곳에서 필터하우징(5)속으로 개방되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 공급통로는 필터하우징(5)속으로 원주 외접되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 필터디스크(1)는 접시형으로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터.
  8. 제1항 내지 제5항에 있어서, 상기 필터디스크(1)는 납작한 타원형 또는 타원형(elliptical shape)으로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항에 있어서, 상기 2개 이상의 필터디스크(1')덩어리(stack)는 통상의 필터하우징(5')내에서 서로를 따라 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항에 있어서, 상기 압축주조된 피터의 디스크(1)는 통상의 소결고정(comman sintering process)에 의하여 균일한 필터체를 형성하도록 함께 소결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터.
  11. 제1항 내지 제9항에 있어서, 상기 압축주조된 피터의 디스크(1)는 균일한 필터체를 형성하기 위하여 용접(welding)에 의하여 함께 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터.
  12. 제1항 내지 제9항에 있어서, 상기 압축주조되고 소결한 필터디스크(1)는 균일한 필터체를 형성하기 위하여 기계적 결합(machanical links)에 의하여 함께 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터.
  13. 제1항 내지 제12항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 플래이트(catalyst plate)는 출구통로(9)에서 배열되거나 또는 출구통로(9)에 있는 필터벽이 촉매재로 코팅되거나 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터.
  14. 제1항 내지 제13항에 있어서, 상기 필터디스크(1)는 매연변환온도(soot conversion temperature)를 낮추기 위하여 입구통로(8)의 측상에서 촉매재로 코팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터.
