Claims (18)
- 차량구동차륜(60)의 하나 이상의 회전을 지연시키는 차량차륜 제동기(50), (52)를 갖춘 차량과 관련하여 이용되는 차량의 자동기계 변속기 장치(10)를 조정하기 위한 조정방법에 있어서, 상기한 자동기계 변속기 장치(10)는 드롯틀 조정엔진(12)과, 다수의 기어비 합성이 변속기 입력축과 변속기 출력축(16)의 사이에서 선택적으로 연결되도록 하는 기어변환 변속기(11)와, 차량구동차륜(60)과 구동짝을 이루게 하는 변속기 출력축(16)과, 상기한 엔진과 변속기 입력축을 중간에서 구동가능하게 장치된 분리 가능한 커플링(14)을 포함하고, 상기한 자동기계 변속기 장치(10)는 상기한 변속기 출력축(16)의 회전속도를 지시하는 입력신호와, 운전자가 세트된 드롯틀 위치를 지시하는 입력신호를 포함하는 다수의 입력신호들을 지닌 중앙처리반(56)을 추가로 포함하며, 상기한 중앙처리반(56)은 주어진 입력신호의 합성과 자동기계 변속기 장치(10)가 프로그램에 따라 조작되는 출력신호를 지시하게 되는 기정 기어비를 마련하는 프로그램에 따라 입력신호를 진행하게 하고, 상기 중앙처리반(56)으로 부터 출력축 신호를 보내는 상기한 기어비 합성의 하나를 연결하여 유효한 작용을 하는 상기한 자동기계 변속기 장치(10)와 관련되는 조종기(34)를 포함하여서 차륜 고정상태의 유무를 감지하고, 차륜 고정상태가 존재하면 상기한 커플링(14)은 즉시 분리되게 하는 프로그램을 묘사하는 조정방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 프로그램은 중앙처리반(56)이 모든 변속기 기어변환지시 출력신호를 발생하지 않도록 하여 차륜 고정상태가 존재하는 가를 더욱 상세하게 묘사하는 조정방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 차륜 고정상태의 존재를 감지한다는 것은 시간에 따라 변속기 출력축(16)의 회전속도를 지시하는 현재의 입력신호값을 차동 표시하며, 이 차동표시값을 최대 변속기 출력축(16)이 차량구동차균(60)에서 얻은 회전마찰이 있는지 여부를 표시가능 여부와 관련된 참고값과 비교하는 것을 포함하는 조정방법.

- 제 7 항에 있어서, 추가단계는 차륜 고정상태가 있음을 감지된 때의 출력축 속도를 지시하는 입력신호의 최초값을 저류하는 단계와, 출력축의 회전속도를 지시하는 입력신호의 현재값을 감지하는 단계와, 상기한 결정이 차륜 고정상태가 있음을 끝냈는지 여부를 출력축 속도를 지시하는 입력신호의 현재값과 출력축의 회전속도를 지시하는 입력신호인 상기한 최초값의 기정 비율에 대하여 비교하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기한 현재의 입력신호값이 상기한 최초의 입력신호값을 초과하면 비차륜 고정상태 조정 수치 계산법으로 되돌아 가게 하는 단계를 포함하는 조정방법.

- 제 14 항에 있어서, 추가단계는 차륜 고정상태가 있음을 감지된 때의 출력축 속도를 지시하는 입력신호의 최초값을 저류하는 단계와, 출력축의 회전속도를 지시하는 입력신호의 현재값을 감지하는 단계와, 상기한 결정이 차륜 고정상태가 있음을 끝냈는지 여부를 출력축 속도를 지시하는 입력신호의 현재값과 출력축의 회전속도를 지시하는 입력신호인 상기한 최초값의 기정 비율에 대하여 비교하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기한 현재의 입력신호값이 상기한 최초의 입력신호값을 초과하면 비차륜 고정상태 조정 수치 계산법으로 되돌아 가게 하는 단계를 포함하는 조정방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 기정 비율이 50%∼80%의 범위인 조정방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 기정 비율이 50%∼80%의 범위인 조정방법.
