제2도는 제1도의 실시예에 따른 광수신회로의 동작을 나타낸 파형도.

Claims (1)

  1. 광신호가 공급되면 이 광신호에 따라 수신신호를 출력하는 수광소자(10)와, 상기 수신신호가 공급되면 이 수신신호에 따라 정상수신신호 및 역상수신신호를 출력하는 증폭기(12), 상기 정상수신신호 및 역상수신신호가 공급되면 양신호중 적어도 한쪽의 신호성분의 피크치를 검출하고, 이 피크치에 따라 피크치신호(Vi)를 출력하는 피크치검출회로(18), 상기 피크치신호(Vi)가 공급되면 이 피크치신호(Vi)에 따라 정상피크치신호전류 및 역상피크치신호전류를 출력하는 전압-전류변환회로(28) 및, 상기 정상수신신호에서 제1저항(R10)을 매개로 상기 정상 피크치신호전류에 대응되는 신호성분을 빼내어 얻어지는 정상신호 및 상기 역상수신신호에서 제2저항(R12)을 매개로 역상피크치신호전류에 대응되는 신호성분을 빼내어 얻어지는 역상신호가 공급되면 양신호를 비교해서 양신호의 대소관계에 따른 출력신호를 출력하는 비교기(34)를 구비하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광수신회로.
