Claims (20)
- 폴리알킬렌 에테르 디올, 폴리알킬렌 에테르 트리올, 폴리에스테르 폴리올 및 이소시아네이트 화합물로 구성되는 접착제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리알킬렌 에테르 디올은 폴리테트라메틸렌 에테르 디올, 폴리에틸렌 에테르 디올, 폴리프로필렌 에테르 디올, 폴리부틸렌 에테르 디올 및 폴리에틸렌 프로필렌 에테르 트리올로 구성되는 기로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 접착제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리알킬렌 에테르 트리올은 폴리프로필렌 에테르 트리올, 폴리부틸렌 에테르 트리올, 폴리에틸렌 에테르 트리올, 폴리테트라메틸렌 에테르 트리올 및 폴리에틸렌 프로필렌 에테르 트리올로 구성되는 기로부터 선택됨을 특정으로 하는 접착제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르 폴리올은 폴리카프로락톤, 1, 6-헥산 디올 프탈레이트 폴리에스테르 디올, 1, 6-헥산 디올 아디페이트 디올 및 1, 6-헥산 디올 디에틸렌 글리콜 아디페이트 디올로 구성되는 기로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 접착제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트 화합물은 비스(4-이소시아네이토사이클로헥실) 메탄, 헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트, 2, 2, 4-트리메틸헥사메틸렌-1, 6-디이소시아네이트, 이소포론 디이소시아네이트, 헥사메틸렌-1, 6-디이소시아네이트, 1, 4-사이클로헥산 디이소시아네이트, 1, 4-비스(이소시아네이토메틸) 사이클로헥산 및 m-크실렌 디이소시아네이트로 구성되는 기로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 접착제 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 폴리아킬렌 에테르 디올은 테트라하이드로푸란의 고리열림반응으로부터 제조되는 폴리테트라메틸렌 에테르 디올임을 특징으로 하는 접착제 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 폴리알킬렌 에테르 트리올은 프로필렌 옥사이드의 고리열림반응으로부터 제조되는 폴리프로필렌 에테르 트리올임을 특징으로 하는 접착제 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르 폴리올은 카프로락톤과 트리메틸올 프로판의 반응으로부터 제조되는 폴리카프로락톤 트리올임을 특징으로 하는 접착제 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트 화합물은 비스(4-이소시아네이토사이클로헥실) 메탄, 이소포론 디이소시아네이트 또는 헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트임을 특징으로 하는 접착제 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 폴리알킬렌 에테르 디올은 500 내지 2000 사이의 분자량 및 -70℉ 내지 -20℉ 사이의 우레탄 중합체 유리전이온도를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 접착제 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 폴리알킬렌 에테르 트리올은 200 내지 3000 사이의 분자량 및 -70℉ 내지 -20℉ 사이의 우레탄 중합체 유리전이온도를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 접착제 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르 폴리올은 250 내지 3000 사이의 분자량 및 50℉ 내지 200℉ 사이의 우레탄 중합체 유리전이온도를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 접착제 조성물.
- 20-70중량%의 이소시아네이트 화합물, 40-60중량%의 폴리알킬렌 에테르 디올, 1-30중량%의 폴리알킬렌 에테르 트리올 및 1-30중량%의 폴리에스테르 폴리올로 구성되는 접착제 조성물.
- 제13항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트 화합물은 30-60중량%의 양으로 존재하고, 폴리알킬렌 에테르 디올은 25-50중량%의 양으로 존재하며, 폴리알킬렌 에테르 트리올은 10-25중량%의 양으로 존재하고, 폴리에스테르 폴리올은 5-25중량%의 양으로 존재함을 특징으로 하는 접착제 조성물.
- 제14항에 있어서, 폴리알킬렌 에테르 디올은 600 내지 1000 사이의 분자량 및 -40℉ 내지 -60℉ 사이의 우레탄 중합체 유리전이온도를 가지며, 폴리알킬렌 에테르 트리올은 300 내지 900 사이의 분자량 및 -40℉ 내지 -60℉ 사이의 유리전이온도를 가지며, 폴리에스테르 폴리올은 350 내지 1000 사이의 분자량 및 90℉ 내지 160℉ 사이의 유리전이온도를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 접착제 조성물.
- 제15항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트 화합물 비스(4-이소시아네이토사이클로헥실) 메탄이고, 폴리알킬렌 에테르 디올은 폴리테트라메틸렌 에테르 디올이며, 폴리알킬렌 에테르 트리올은 폴리프로필렌 에테르 트리올이고, 폴리에스테르 폴리올은 폴리카프로락톤 트리올임을 특징으로 하는 접착제 조성물.
- 제15항에 있어서, NCO : OH 관능성 비율은 1.05 : 1 내지 10.00 : 1 사이임을 특징으로 하는 접착제 조성물.
- 제15항에 있어서, NCO : OH 관능성 비율은 1.50 : 1 내지 4.00 : 1 사이임을 특징으로 하는 접착제 조성물.
- 60℉ 내지 250℉ 사이의 온도에서 각종 폴리하이드록시 화합물과 이소시아네이트 화합물로부터 우레탄 프리폴리머를 형성하고 ; 얻어진 혼합물을 100℉ 내지 180℉ 사이의 온도에서 고온 용융 박막으로서 직물의 제1층을 가하고 ; 직물의 피복된 층에 직물의 제2층을 압착시키고 ; 얻어진 다층의 결합직물 조립체를 1 내지 15시간 동안 습기의 존재하에 방치하여 경화시키되 폴리하이드록시 화합물은 폴리알킬렌 에테르 디올, 폴리알킬렌 에테르 트리올 및 폴리에스테르 폴리올로 구성시키고, 이소시아네이트 화합물은 지방족 디이소시아네이트로 구성시킴을 특징으로 하는 직물의 다층을 결합하는 방법.
- 60℉ 내지 250℉ 사이의 온도에서 각종 폴리하이드록시 화합물과 이소시아네이트 화합물로부터 우레탄 프리폴리머를 형성하고 ; 얻어진 혼합물을 120℉ 내지 180℉ 사이의 온도에서 고온 용융 박막으로서 직물의 제1층을 가하고 ; 직물의 피복된 층에 직물의 제2층을 압착시키고 ; 얻어진 다층의 결합 직물 조립체를 1 내지 15시간 동안 습기의 존재하에 방치하여 경화시켜 제조하되 폴리하이드록시 화합물은 폴리알킬렌 에테르 디올, 폴리알킬렌 에테르 트리올 및 폴리에스테르 폴리올로 구성시키고, 이소시아네이트 화합물은 지방족 디이소시아네이트로 구성시킴을 특징으로 하는 결합된 다층 직물 조립체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
