Claims (14)

  1. A. (1)카복실화 중합체 입자의 수성 현탁액을 (2)1-(1-피롤리디닐카보닐)피리디늄 염과 접촉시켜 중간 반응성 그룹을 갖는 반응성 중간 중합체 입자를 생산하고, B. A단계에서 생산된 반응성 중간 중합체 입자를 중간반응성 그룹과 반응하는 반응성 아민 또는 설프하이드릴 그룹을 갖는 화합물과 접촉시켜 상기 입자와 반응성 화합물 사이에 공유 결합을 형성시킴을 포함하는, 반응성 아민-또는 설프하이드릴-함유 화합물을 중합체 입자에 결합시키는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반응성 아민-또는 설프하이드릴-함유 화합물이 아민, 효소, 아미노산, 펩티드, 폴리펩티드, 단백질, 지단백질, 당단백질, 호르몬, 약물, 스테로이드, 비타민, 다당류, 당지질, 알카로이드, 미생물, 바이러스, 프로토조아, 균류기생충, 리켓치아. 곰팡이, 혈액성분, 조직 및 기관성분, 의약품, 합텐, 랙틴, 독소, 헥산, 항원 물질, 비오틴 또는 그의 유도체 및 그의 성분중에서 선택되는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 화합물이 인 융모성 고나도트롭핀, 티록신, 페노바비탈, 페니토인, 디곡신, 트리요오도티로닌, 카바마제핀 또는 테오필린에 대한 항체인 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 피리디늄 염이 카복시 그룹에 대해 1:1 내지 200:1의 몰비로 존재하는 방법.
  5. 별도로 포장할때 1-(1-피롤리디닐카보닐)피리디늄 염을 추가로 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 표면상에 반응성 카복실 그룹, 또는 그의 염 또는 전구체를 갖는 중합체 입자를 포함하는 키트.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 검출할 수 있는 트레이서가 입자안에 혼입된 비색 또는 형광측정 염료인 키트.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 염을 하기 일반식으로 나타내는 발명:
    상기식에서, Z는 피리디늄 고리를 완성하는데 필요한 탄소원자를 나타내고, m은 0 또는 1이고, R1및 R2는 함께 이들이 결합된 질소원자와 함께 피롤리디닐 고리를 완성하는데 필요한 탄소원자를 나타내고, R3는 알킬, 사이클로알킬, 아릴 똔느 5- 내지 7-원 헤테로사이클릭 그룹이거나 또는 함께 결합된 R3및 R4는 피리디늄 고리, 융합된 5- 내지 7-원 카보사이클릭 또는 헤테로사이클릭 고리를 완성하는데 필요한 탄소원자를 나타낼 수 있고, R4는 수소 또는 알킬이거나, 또는 m이 0인 경우, R4는 (a)-NR5CO-R6[여기에서, R5는 수소 또는 알킬이고 R6는 수소, R5에 대해 정의한 바와 같은 알킬 또는 -NR7R8(여기에서, R7및 R8은 독립적으로 수소 또는 R5에 대해 정의한 바와 같은 알킬이다)이다], (b)-(CH2)n-NR9R10[여기에서, R9는 -COR11이고, R10은 수소, 또는 R5에 대해 정의한 바와 같은 알킬이고, R11은 수소 R5에 대해 정의한 바와 같은 알킬 또는 -NR12R13(여기에서, R12는 R5에 대해 정의한 바와 같은 알킬 또는 아릴이고, R13은 수소, R12에 대해 정의한 바와 같은 알킬 또는 아릴이다)이고, n은 1내지 3이다] 및 (C)-(CH2)a-CONR14R15(여기에서, R14는 수소, R12에 대해 정의한 바와 같은 알킬 또는 아릴이고, R15는 수소 또는 R5에 대해 정의한 바와 같은 알킬이거나 또는 R14및 R15는 함께 5내지 7원 지방족 고리를 완성하는데 필요한 원자를 나타내고, q는 0내지 3이다)중 임의의 것일 수 있고, X-는 분자내염을 형성할 수 있는 염의 음이온 또는 음이온 부분을 나타낸다.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, m이 0이고 R4가 수소, 알킬, 아릴, 피리디닐이거나 또는 m이 1일때, R3및 R4는 함께 6원 융합된 카보사이클릭 고리를 완성하는데 필요한 탄소원자를 나타내는 발명.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 염이 하기 화합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되는 발명:
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 카복실화 중합체 입자가 하기 구조로 나타내는 중합체로 구성되는 발명:
    상기식에서, A는 카복실 그룹, 또는 상기 그룹의 염 또는 전구체를 함유하는 하나 이상의 에틸렌형 불포화 중합성 단량체로부터 유도된 반복 단위를 나타내고, B는 하나 이상의 에틸렌형 불포화 중합성 단량체로부터 유도된 반복 단위를 나타내고, x는 0.1 내지 70몰%이다.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, A가 하기 구조로 나타내는 에틸렌형 불포화 중합성 단량체로 부터 유도되는 발명:
    상기식에서, R은 수소, 할로 또는 1내지 3개의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬이고, M은 수소, 알칼리 금속 이온 또는 암모늄 이온이며, L은 결합 쇄중에 탄소, 질소, 산소 및 황 원자로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 8 내지 50개의 원자를 갖는 유기 결합 그룹이다.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, R이 수소 또는 메틸이고, M이 수소 또는 알칼리 금속 이온이고, L이 옥시, 티오, 이미노(-NR1-), 카복닐옥시(-COO-), 카보닐이미노(-CONR1-), 우레일렌(-NR1CONR1-)또는 설포닐 이미노(-SO2NR1-)그룹[여기서, R1은 각각 독립적으로 수소, 1내지 10개의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬, 4내지 10개의 탄소원자를 갖는 사이클로알킬 또는 6내지 14개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 아릴이다]과 연결되거나 이들 그룹으로 종결된 2개 이상의 알렌 또는 아릴렌알킬렌 그룹을 포함하는 발명.
  13. 제10항 내지 제12항중 어느 한항에 있어서, A가 하기 화합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 유도되는 발명; 모노-m 및 p-비닐벤질 글루타레이트, 모노-p-비닐벤질 글루타레이트, 모노-2-메타크릴로일옥시에틸 글루타레이트, 2-(4-카복시부티르아미도)에틸 메타크릴레이트. 2-[N'-(5-카복시펜틸)우레이도]에틸 메타크릴레이트, 모노-메타크릴로일펜타(옥시에틸렌)글루타이레트, 모노-(4-아크릴로일옥시부틸)글루타레이데카(옥시에틸렌)프탈레이트, 스티렌, 모노-메타크릴로일데카(옥시에틸렌)글루타레이트, 모노-2-(p-비닐벤질티오)에틸 글루타레이트, 모노-2-(m-및 p-비닐벤질티오)에틸 글루타레이트, 4-(4-카복시부티르아미도메틸)스티렌, 모노-2-[N-메틸-N-(4-비닐벤질)아미노]에틸 글루타레이트, 3-(p-비닐벤질티오)프로피온산, 4-[2-(4-카복시부티르아미도)에틸티오메틸]스티렌, 4-[2-(카복시메톡시아세트아미도)에틸 티오메틸]스티렌, 4-[2-(바콕시메틸티오아세트 아미도)에틸티오 메틸]스티렌, 모노-2-(4-비닐벤질티오)에틸숙시네이트, 4-[2-(카복시메톡시아세톡시)에틸티오메틸]스티렌, 모노-4-비닐벤질 숙시네이트, 2-(4-비닐벤질티오)숙신산, 2-(4-비닐벤질티오)벤조산, 모노-2-[2-(4-비닐벤질티오)에톡시]에틸티오메틸 말로네이트, 모노-메타크릴로일펜타(옥시에틸렌)프탈레이트, 모노-페타크릴로일데카(옥시에틸렌)프랄레이트, 모노-2-[2-(4-비닐벤질티오)에톡시]에틸티오]에틸 숙시네이트, 모노-2-[2-[2-(4-비닐벤질티오)에톡시]에틸티오]에틸 프탈레이트, 3-[4-(4-비닐벤질옥시)벤질티오]프로피온산 및 4-[4-[4-(4-비닐벤질옥시)벤질티오]벤질티오]부티르산.
  14. 제1항 내지 제13항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 입자가, 코아는 제1중합체로 구성되고 쉘은 카복실화 제2중합체로 구성된 코아-쉘 입자인 발명.
