신규 황산화 폴리사카라이드, 약학적으로 허용 가능한 그의 염, 이의 제조방법 및 유효성분으로서 이를 함유하는 약제
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 D-HG 나트륨염의 적외선 흡수 스펙트럼(KBr 정제로 측정)을 나타나며
제2도는 D-HG 나트륨염의 양성자 핵자기 공명 스펙트럼(D2O, 90MHz, 70℃)을 나타낸다.

Claims (10)

  1. FGAG 또는 그의 염을 해중합시킴으로써 제조되고 하기의 물리화학적 특성을 갖튼, 황산화 폴리사카라이드(D-HG) 및 약학적으로 허용가능한 그의 염 : (1) 분자량 : 3,000~42,000(고성능 GPC에 의해 측정) (2) 특성 : 백색, 비결정질, 고 흡습성의 분말 (3) 용해성 : 수용성, 그러나 에탄올, 아세톤 등의 유기용매에는 불용성 (4) 비선도 : 〔α〕D20= -55 ~ 73°(C = 1%) (5) 색반응 : 하기에 나타낸 바와 같다.
    엘슨-모르간(Elson-Morgan) 반응 카르바졸-황산 반응 + 시스테인-황산 반응 + 오르시놀-염산 반응 + 아주르(Azure)A 메타크로메시아 반응 + (6) 조성물 분석 : 하기에 나타낸 바와 같다.
    갈락토사민 : 클루쿠론산 : 퓨코오즈 : 설페이트 = 1 : 0.8±0.2 : 0.85±0.15 : 3.4±0.9
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 분자량 4,000~15,000(고성능 GPC에 의해 측정)을 가짐을 특징으로 하는, 황산화 폴리사카라이드(D-HG) 및 그의 염.
  3. FGAG 및 그의 염을 해중합시킨 다음 결과된 생성물을 분리 및 정제시키는 단계로 구성된, 제1항에 정의된 황산화 폴리사카라이드(D-HG) 및 그의 염의 제조방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 아세트산 칼륨을 사용한 분별 침전 및/또는 에탄올을 사용한 침전에 의해서 분리 및 정제를 실행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 겔 여과에 의해서 분리 및 정제를 실행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 이온 교환에 의해서 분리 및 정제를 실행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 정의된 황산화 폴리사카라이드(D-HG) 및/또는 그의 염 및 약학적으로 허용 가능한 담체의 유효량을 함유하는, 전염성 혈관내 응고의 치료용 약제.
  8. 제1항에 정의된 황산화 폴리사카라이드(D-HG) 및/또는 그의 염 및 약학적으로 허용 가능한 담체의 유효량을 함유하는, 혈전증의 치료용 약제.
  9. 전염성 혈관내 응고 증후군 치료용의 약리학적 조성물을 제조하기 위한, 제1하에 정의된 황산화 폴리사카라이드(D-HG) 및/또는 그의 염의 용도.
  10. 혈전중 치룡용의 약리학적 조성물을 제조하기 위한 제1항에 정의된 황산화 폴리사카이드(D-HG) 및/또는 그의 염의 용도.
