붕소 카바이드의 제조방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 실시예 1에서 제조된 붕소 카바이드 생성물을 2000 배로 확대한 주사전자현미경사진(SEM: Scanning Electron Microscope)이다.
제2도는 실시예 3에서 제조된 붕소카바이드 분말을 2000 배로 확대한 SEM 사진이다.
제3도는 실시예 4에서 제도된 붕소 카바이드 분말을 55,000배로 확대한 투과전자현미경사진(TEM : Transmission Electron Microscope)이다.

Claims (14)

  1. 실질적으로 붕소 산화물원 및 탄소원의 입자 반응성 혼합물의 모든 입자들이 적어도 25중량%가 마이크로미터 크기를 갖는 붕소 카바이드 결정체를 형성시키는데 충분한 온도까지 적어도 70℃/초 의 가열속도로 충분한 시간 동안 별도로 개별적으로 가열되도록 상기 입자 반응성 혼합물을 가열함을 특징으로 하는 붕소카바이드의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 반응성 혼합물의 입자크기가 1 내지 2000 마이크로미터인 방법
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 뜨거운 구역을 통해 상기 혼합물을 연속적으로 통과시킴에 의해 가열을 수행하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 반응성 혼합물이 필수적으로 마그네슘을 함유하지 않는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 온도가 1575℃ 내지 2100℃인 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 가열 속도가 70℃/초 내지 100,000℃초 인 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 붕소 산화물원이 붕소 산화물 및 붕산인 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 탄소원이 탄화수소의 열분해로부터 형성된 탄소인 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 탄소원이 탄수화물, 메틸셀룰로스 또는 당인 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 탄소원이 카본블랙 또는 아세틸렌 카본블랙인 방법.
  11. 제8항에 있어서, 탄소원이 비닐리덴 클로라이드 중합체인 방법.
  12. 제9항에 있어서, 탄소원이 전분인 방법.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 붕소카바이드 분말의 입자가 단분산, 비응접형 및 동축 입자이고 모든 붕소카바이드 입자가 아마이크로미터 크기인 방법.
