Claims (22)

  1. 브레이크 페달에 의해서 제어가능한 브레이크압을 방출하고, 이 브레이크압을 적어도 1개의 브레이크 회로로 전달하기 위한 마스터 브레이크 실린더를 구비하며, 마스터 브레이크 실린더가 브레이크 회로에 의해서 적당한 전방 차륜 브레이크 실린더 및 후방 차륜 브레이크 실린더에 접속되고 있으며, 브레이크 회로의 주요 도관 마다에 적어도 1개의 차단 밸브가 조립되어 있는 형식의 브레이크 장치에 있어서, 제1 및 제2브레이크 회로가 각각 차단밸브(7, 8 ; 20)의 후방에서 공급 기구(E)에 접속되어 있으며, 이 공급 기구(E)가 서로 상이한 압력의 제동액을 제1 및 제2브레이크 회로내로 공급하기 위한 장치(37, 38;70)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제1브레이크 회로의 공급기구(E)와의 사이 또는 제2브레이크 회로와 공급 기구(E)와의 사이에 적어도 1개의 공급 밸브(32; 43, 46)가 조립되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 공급 밸브(43, 46)와 제1브레이크 회로와의 사이에 각각 1개의 점검 밸브(44, 47)가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 장치.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 공급 밸브(43)와 제1 브레이크 회로와의 사이에 귀환 정지 위치로 절환가능한 적어도 1개의 전자 밸브(83, 84)가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 장치.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 공급 기구(E)가 자동 흡상적인 펌프(27) 및 경우에 따라선 저항탱크(82)를 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 펌프(27)가 도관(31)을 거쳐서 제2브레이크 회로의 공급 밸브(32)에 직접접속되어 있으며, 제1 브레이크 회로에 크립된 1개 이상의 공급 밸브(43, 46)를 위한 공급압이 입력 제한 밸브(37, 38)에 의해서 조절되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 펌프(27)에 이어서, 압력 제한 밸브(37)가 압력 제한 밸브(37)에 이어서, 다른 압력 제한밸브(38)가 배치되어 있고 다른 압력 제한 밸브(38)가 제동액을 위한 저장 탱크(16)로 향하는 접속 도간(39)을 가지고 있으며, 제1 브레이크 회로의 1개 이상의 공급 밸브(43, 46)로 향하는 공급 도관(41)이 상기 2개의 입력한 밸브(37, 38)사이의 도관에서 분기되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 장치.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 펌프(27)에서 압력 제한 밸브(37)로 이어진 도관(35)이 밸브체(51)의 직경(f2)보다 작은 직경(d1)을 구비하고 있으며, 밸브체(51)가 이 도관(35)을 폐쇄하고 있고, 상기 2개의 입력 제한 밸브(37, 38)사이의 공급압(P)에 의 제해서 부하되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 장치.
  9. 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 압력 제한 밸브(37)에서 연장되고 있는 도관이 구체(53) 또는 그 유사물에 의해서 폐쇄되고 있으며, 또한 상기 구체(53) 또는 그 유사물 때문에 밸브(51a)의 직경(d2)과 동등한 직경(d3)을 구비한 밸브판을 형성하고 있으며, 밸브제(51a)가 한쪽에선 구체(53)를 밸브판에 압착시키고 있고, 다른쪽에선 마스터 브레이크 실린더(1)로 부터 차단 밸브(20)에 이르기까지 제2 브레이크 회로 내에서 작용하고 있는 압력에 의해서 부하되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 장치.
  10. 제6항 내지 제9항중어느 한 항에 있어서, 차단밸브(36)가 펌프(27)와 압력 제한 밸브(37)와의 사이에서 제2 브레이크 회로내의 제동액을 공급하기 위한 도관(31)의 분기부보다 후방에 설치되어 있으며, 상기 차단밸브(36)에 의해서 제1 브레이크 회로를 구동 스립 제어하기 위한 작업 예압이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 장치.
  11. 제6항 내지 제10항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 공급 밸브(32)보다 더 후방의 제2 브레이크 회로내에서, 구도 슬립 제어가 적당한 차단 선택 밸브(21, 22)에 의해서 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 장치.
  12. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 펌프는 2회로식 펌프(27a)로서 구성되고 있으며, 펌프(27a)의 제1회로는 도관(35b)을 거쳐서 제1브레이크 회로의 1개 이상의 공급 밸브(43, 46)에 직접 접속되고, 펌프(27a)의 제2회로는 도관(35a)을 거쳐서 제2브레이크 회로의 공급 밸브(32)와 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 장치.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 압력 제한 밸브(38)는 펌프(27a)의 제1회로에 대응배치되고 있으며, 상기 압력 제한 밸브(38)는 상기 도관(35b)을 제동액을 위한 저장 탱크(16)로 향하는 귀환도관(15)에 접속시키고 있으며, 제1브레이크 회로의 마스터 브레이크 실린더(4)에서 출발한 주요 도관(1)으로의 접속도관(57)에 의해서 한계값을 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 장치.
  14. 제12항 또는 제13항에 있어서, 압력 제한 밸브(37)는 펌프(27a)의 제2회로에 대응 배치되어 있으며, 상기 압력 제한 밸브(37)는 상기 도관(35a)을 제동액을 위한 저항 탱크(16)로향하는 귀환 도관(15)에 접속시키고 있으며, 제2브레이크 회로의 마스터 브레이크 실린더(1)에서 출발한 주요 도관(17)으로의 접속도관(56)에 의해서 한계값을 유지하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 장치.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 압력 제어 밸브(37)내에 설치된 밸브체(51)의 주요 도관(17)에서의 압력에 의해서 부하되는 한쪽면의 면적이 펌프(27a)의 제2회로에 대응한 도관(35a)에서의 압력에 의해서 부하되는 다른쪽면의 면적보다 큰것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 장치.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 2회로식 펌프(27a)의 제2회로가 공급도관(31)과 공급 차단 밸브(58)을 거쳐서 제2브레이크 회로에 접속되어 있으며, 경우에 따라선 공급 차단 밸브(58)의 전방에 트로틀(61)이 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 장치.
  17. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 압력 픽업(pservo)은 공급 기구(E2)에 대응 배치되고, 마스터 실린더(1)의 소정압을 위한 압력 픽업(Pv)과 실제제공급압을 위한 압력 픽업(Pn)은 제2브레이크 회로에 대응배치 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 장치.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 브레이크 페달(3)에 페달 공정감지기(S)가 대응 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 장치.
  19. 제17항 또는 제18항에 있어서, 상기 3개의 압력 픽업(Pservo, Pv 및 Pn)과 경우에 따라선 페달 공정 감지기(S)가 제어 유니트(70)에 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 장치.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 펌프(27)의 전동기(77), 차단 밸브(7, 8;20), 배출 밸브(13, 14), 차단 선택 밸브(21, 22), 밸브(23), 공급 밸브(32, 43) 및 전자밸브(83, 84)가 제어 유니트(70)에 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 장치.
  21. 제17항 내지 제20항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 펌프(27)는 공급 밸브(32)을 거쳐서 제2브레이크 회로에 접속되고 공급 밸브(43)을 거쳐서 제1브레이크 회로에 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크장치.
  22. 제21항에 있어서, 공급 밸브(32)와 제1브레이크 회로와의 사이에 적어도 1개의 전자 밸브(83, 84)가 조립되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 장치.
